Can you believe half of our Teaching Practice Program is already over?

We barely noticed it ourselves - we’ve been too busy with lesson planning, teaching and adapting those plans, and feedback sessions.

Every week, 3–4 teachers deliver carefully thought-out and practical lessons. They’ve so far turned ordinary exercises into engaging tasks, clarified language instead of just explaining it, and transformed texts and audios into meaningful conversations.

They already knew what to do - now they’re learning how to do it better: more effectively, more creatively and more confidently.

They’ve also seen how much difference it makes when lessons are adapted to their learners - and how much joy and real learning that brings to both teachers and students.

Here comes the LMC Program Update 🌱

Our two new groups have been really active and now completed one-third of their training journey - and with it, their first Teaching Practice sessions.

This was a major update to the LMC program: for the first time, trainees are immediately applying what they learn in real classroom settings and with real learners.

Many of our trainees were planning, preparing and teaching their first real lessons. And they did an amazing job turning the things they learned into quality practice.

Their results were already pretty impressive – tasks were prepared and delivered in a clear, engaging, and much stronger way than expected for a first attempt. Of course, there’s still room to grow, reflect, and refine.

We’re really proud of the effort and curiosity our trainees showed throughout this stage.

Their performance makes us excited to see how much stronger their teaching will become in the next teaching practice.

There is always someone who …

... reaches out and says they found about us through one of you.

They say that they asked you, “How did you and your lessons become so good?” And that you mention us – that is very nice of you.

You - an old trainee, a teacher we worked with, a colleague from the past.

Those people you referred to us then want to talk, ask for help, or discuss an idea.

Not every referral like that turns into a real project. But the ones that did… often started with someone simply mentioning us.
