Statement of Non-Compliance with Mandatory Vaccination in Canadian Universities

"We should be particularly concerned about the apparent effort to pressure people into vaccination. As universities that staunchly uphold ethics in research, following federal requirements, this policy instead negates voluntary informed consent.

Consent cannot be mandated, by definition.

The policy also violates the principle of do no harm, by not advising members of the community that compliance with this policy could result in experiencing adverse effects, ranging from the mild and trivial, to serious injury requiring hospitalization, and in some cases even death. We have not seen any language warning about adverse reactions and possible death anywhere in the policy announcements.

The compulsion to vaccinate also runs afoul of legal provisions that prohibit discrimination on the grounds of ethnicity, religion, and political beliefs.

What universities are also backing is an emergency measure, but they have not furnished any proof of an emergency. Rapidly spreading viruses are common to our university communities, as with each cold and flu that sweeps through a university population every year, even multiple times in a year. The condition of “rapid spread” and “contagiousness” is not, in and of itself, any basis for an “emergency”.

University administrations should rest assured that, as was usual, when employees develop any symptoms of any sickness, they will automatically refrain from coming to campus, as they have done when they had colds or the flu. Non-vaccinated faculty therefore represent no actual nor potential “threat” to the health of the community.

We must also point out that in the early fall of 2009, some Canadian faculty contracted H1N1, and in some cases they had to be absent from class for weeks. At no point did any university administration in Canada manifest any concern about this fact. It is important to recall that in 2009, the World Health Organization declared H1N1 to be a “global pandemic,” under the very same definition it then used for Covid-19. By enacting radically different measures today, Canadian universities are thus directly at odds with their own practice, from the recent past."

Well I certainly saw this coming, that is why I reiterated that the people who were allowed to be let into Kabul, the new Taliban who are clearly CIA trained, were allowed to do so for media spectacle and profit just in the same way demonstrators were allowed into the Capitol building in Washington. It's all spectacle to justify profit, and ultimately this was always going to be one of the reasons: make an association anti-vaxxer=domestic Taliban/terrorist.

According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders, Bell’s palsy is a paralysis or weakness of the muscles on one side of the face. It results from the dysfunction of the facial nerve.

The exact cause of Bell’s palsy is unknown [i.e. it's vaccines], but symptoms generally start to improve with or without treatment after a few weeks, with recovery of some or all facial function within six months.

In some cases, residual muscle weakness can last longer or be permanent.

THEY WILL BRING MORE VIOLENCE TO THE PROTESTS AND BLAME US

The current situation will be escalated further. I expect that some stage snipers will be used on both protesters and police forces and "anti-vaxx" "domestic terrorists" will be blamed. Then the real crackdown and concentration camps will begin.

It does not matter if our intention is that the protests are non violent, the other side will bring the violence, and make sure it is escalated until police are killed. This is what they always do in other countries. The same tactics will be used at home.

For this reason I believe that UNITED NON COMPLIANCE is the only way out. It's only a matter of time until the other side, not ours, will bring violence into the equation. The trial run is in Australia. It's a test and a psy-op for the rest of us. It shows they will stop at nothing.

So let's stop complying. It begins with refusing to put on a mask all together.

Attached are links to resources in regards to employment issues around Covid-19 Injections, the wearing of Masks and Testing.

There is also a specific section towards the end of the document which is specifically for those working in Care Homes; some of the other letters may also help in this regard depending on the issue.

There are also links to open letters that can be sent directly to employers along with useful websites and other resources and where to find support for whistleblowers.

Although these letters are primarily UK based they could be adapted to reflect personal circumstances and other geographies with the right advice.

We are constantly updating this list of resources. If you know of some we have missed please let us know so we can share with others too.
