Supreme Court Blocks Covid Vaccine Passport to Enter Nightclubs, Bars and Restaurants in Andalucia

This ruling means that the citizens of Andalucia will not be required to show a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test which was taken in the last 72 hours to gain entry to nightclubs, bars and other public venues. These measures were requested by the government of Moreno Bonilla, but the Supreme Court decided to overturn the request.

The decision was concluded on two main arguments.

The first is that the measure is not sufficiently justified, as for the measure to be justified the Andalucian government would have to prove “that the so-called fifth wave originates precisely in nightlife venues.”

Additionally, the second argument is one of being proportionate."

109,000 “Excess deaths” in England and Wales from April 2020 to February 2021

• April and May 2020 excess deaths :56,000 (govt states 32k deaths with Covid-19)
• November 2020 excess deaths :7,000 ( govt states 11k deaths with Covid-19)
• Dec 2020 - Feb 21 excess deaths : 46,000 (govt states 60k deaths with Covid-19)
• In total 109,000 excess deaths over just this 6 month period. An average of almost 20k people a month

If there is any doubt about what has happened just look at April 2020. The govt said there were 23k deaths from Covid-19 in this month yet there were “excess” deaths in this month of 45k. What happened to those additional 22k people, what happened to all of these people?

What about all those FOI’s where there was no change compared with 2019?

Many FOI’s showed no change but many also did.

This was also only part of the picture as more than a third of all crematoria are under private control and so are not covered by these FOI requests

The excess deaths in November and December 2020 would not show up in cremation records until 2021. Despite this the table shows that there were 65k extra cremations in 2020 than in 2019 see here https://t.me/robinmg/7462.

Would someone with a subscription to The Spectator magazine please tell the author, Laura Prendergast that there’s ample evidence of risks to fertility from covid19 vaccines?
