We're in another one. What people do not want to accept is this. They do not want to accept it happens again and again. We who do not want it to happen, we need to fight it again and again.

The problem is people will say "you are an alarmist because you are talking about Mussolini and Hitler and camps, this is something we've left behind."

Eco's view, which I think is what is happening now, is there comes a moment in your generation's lifetime in which it's your turn to fight it. Because it is happening again.

Elections in Italy not on the menu. The President hath served former ECB President Mario Draghi as the new Prime Minister. The new government reminds all Italians they are requested to wear their face masks at all times. It's Covid.

Italian President Sergio Mattarella has literally said that in every country where elections have been held there has been an explosion in Covid contagions, and therefore he has cancelled all elections to keep Italians safe. Presumably until "zero Covid", which means forever.

There was significant shorter duration of fever (days), in patients treated with either azithromycin (5.2 ± 2.3) or clarithromycin (4.9 ± 1.5) compared to control group (12.9 ± 2.2), P < 0.000. Duration of cough also showed significant fewer days for improvment in patients treated with either azithromycin (5.4 ± 2.7) or clarithromycin (5.1 ± 2) compared to control group (12.9 ± 2.2) P < 0.0001, in addition, dyspnea duration (days) showed significant early improvement in patients treated with either Azithromycin (4.6 ± 3.3) or Clarithromycin (4.7 ± 2.9) compared to control group (9.3 ± 2.7) ,P < 0.0001 (Table 2). There was significant early conversion (days) of SARS-CoV-2 PCR to negative in patients treated with either azithromycin (8.7 ± 2.8) or clarithromycin (8.3 ± 2.6) compared to control group (13.2 ± 4.2), P < 0.0001 (Table 2)."
