What this means is that the "prosecute Fauci" line is theatre. Nobody can be prosecuted while the PREP Act is still in place. It needs to be repealed first.
P.S. Covid was not a public emergency not because there was no virus, or because Covid cases were often flu cases, but because the real Covid illness was easily cured by Azithromycin. I saw it work on many patients with pneumonia who were in touch with me at the time. I saw it work on myself, and on members of my family who were VERY ill before taking Azithromycin.
