A suspected viral outbreak has turned a cruise into a floating emergency.
Three passengers have died aboard the MV Hondius during a suspected hantavirus outbreak in the Atlantic, according to the World Health Organization.
Around 150 people remain on board as concerns grow. Two cases have been confirmed so far, with more passengers reporting illness.

Outlining a timeline, Oceanwide Expeditions said a passenger had become unwell while aboard and died on 11 April.
His cause of death could not be determined, and his body was taken off the ship after it docked at St Helena on 24 April.
The passenger's wife also disembarked on St Helena and the firm said it was told she had become unwell during the return journey and later died.
On 27 April, the firm said, another passenger - the British national - became seriously ill and was "medically evacuated" to South Africa.
The 69-year-old remains in a critical but stable condition in Johannesburg after it was confirmed a variant of hantavirus had been identified.
The firm added that on Saturday, a third passenger onboard MV Hondius died.

The Metropolitan Police has declined to open an investigation into ten British nationals accused of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity while taking part in the genocide in Gaza. He fell foul of the quite incredible conditions imposed on the defence in that trial — they must not refer to the motive of their clients for action against Elbit, they must not refer to Elbit’s role in the Israeli defence industry, they must not refer to genocide or to ethnic cleansing in relation to Gaza.
Compare this to the public statements of Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley and of then Home Secretary Yvette Cooper where they claimed that one of the defendants had attacked a policewoman with a sledgehammer — a blatant attempt to influence the jury in the Filton trial.
What is very plain in the Filton case, as in the Alex Salmond case, is that contempt of court rules are only applied to the defence and not to the prosecution.
Juries had been shown by the prosecution the notebooks of the defendants, with all information about Elbit and their operations removed.
The barristers were also forbidden from telling the jury that they have the right to acquit according to their conscience, irrespective of the direction of the judge."

Rising energy bills, petrol prices and food costs will all put pressure on family finances, according to the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (Niesr).
