The UAE may be drawn into military actions due to a US attack on Iran, according to The Wall Street Journal. As a result, the city's economic model of prosperity, which relies on attracting wealthy foreigners to the city, could collapse. I'll add that this is why the Gulf States did not want this, this really ruins Israeli and Saudi plans that the Middle East is a stable place to do business which is critical for a post-oil economy.

There are also reports of explosions in the Riyadh area in Saudi Arabia. It remains unclear whether this is the result of Iranian or Houthi strikes, or if it's air defense work intercepting missiles heading toward Israel and Jordan.
However, Prince Sultan Air Base is located not far from the capital. This facility is currently one of the key objects in the context of American aviation deployment in the Middle East.
📌 Before the attack, 6 E-3 AWACS aircraft, 5 E-11A airborne relay communication nodes, 24 F-16 fighters, as well as refueling aircraft were concentrated there.
An attack on this facility, if it indeed occurred, would be quite logical. And for the Saudis, this is not the most pleasant scenario, as the Kingdom has been actively denying participation in the American operation against Iran.
❗️ As with Bahrain, if Tehran decided to go all-in, this fits into the broader logic in which Persian Gulf countries could begin demanding an end to the war from the US.
