What I am understanding by looking into the technology is that this has nothing to do with a "vaccine": it is a form of gene targeted monoclonal antibodies. It is a gene therapy, not a vaccine. Presumably the word vaccine is used in order to use a liability shield for the manufacturers.

I also do not believe the tale that cancer is a gene based disease but that it is a metabolic disease, therefore that a gene based mRNA antibody target would not resolve cancer as a whole.
