The Government’s Energy Bill comes before the Commons for the first time when MPs return from their summer break on Tuesday.

Under the bill Ministers want to grant themselves powers to create new criminal offences and increase civil penalties as part of efforts to hit NET ZERO.

If you fall foul of regulations to reduce your energy consumption, you could face up to a year in prison and fines of up to £15,000. You could also be prosecuted for “provision of false information” about energy efficiency or the “obstruction of an enforcement authority”.

This has to STOP.

Criminal offences are an exceptional use of state power. They require full constitutional scrutiny and should NEVER be introduced by a minister under secondary legislation.

Make sure your MP knows that you will not except the criminalisation of the use of energy as you see fit, to achieve net zero which you have not voted for.

We will be deep diving this bill over the coming weeks and intend to hold an online forum about it which you are welcome to join.

It's time to step up. Before we are all classed as criminals, locked up, and potentially lose our homes.

BREAKING: Niger has cancelled the visas of the stubborn French Ambassador to the country who has refused to leave Niger after he was asked to leave by the country’s new leadership. The ruling junta has also asked the police to eject and expel him from the country.

French Ambassador, Sylvan Itte was given 48 hours from last week Friday to leave the country. He refused to honor the “Executive Order” saying the new regime in Niger is “illegitimate.” Macron at an event in Paris praised him for being brave and also reiterated that France does not recognize the regime in place and will not take orders from “an illegitimate government.”

To this end, the so called French Ambassador has refused to cooperate with the Tchiani led admin and even refused to respond to the invitation to meet with Niger’s new Foreign Minister.

Well, the coup in GABON happened and it appeared as if there’s been a renewed momentum on the side of the Nigerien military admin. Two significant actions point to that renewed momentum: 1. Rather than about a month or more, initially given to the French soldiers to leave Niger, the Nigerien junta recently announced they (French soldiers) now have till September 3 to leave the country. 2. Rather than wait for multilateral interventions and wide consultations before dealing with the stubborn French Ambassador, the junta has decided to move in quickly and kick him out. This is in line with the similar “nothing-to-do-with-France” plans executed by Niger’s brother nations vis, Mali and Burkina Faso who did exactly the same things. Why Niger’s own actions are being fiercely resisted is anyone’s guess.

In the human body, every part is important and have vital roles that they play. But during a fight, if you wanna freeze your opponent and send him to the great beyond while still on his feet, you go for the jugular. For all the wrong reasons, Niger is the JUGULAR of colonial France and the collective west. That’s why all eyes are on Niger. Sadly, for them, Niger is gone for good and the people will have the last laugh.

SOLAR INERTIAL MOTION is the wobble of the Sun near the centre of the Solar System. This wobble is due to the gravitational force of the two largest planets, Jupiter and Saturn, which are able to move the Sun off centre by the size of two Suns. The position of the Sun is therefore not in a static centre of the Solar System, but in a moving gravitational centre, called the barycentre. This affects the distance of the Sun to the Earth, which in turn affects the climate on Earth. This cycle of changing Sun-Earth distance due to the sun's wobble is estimated at 179 years. There are more solar cycles, including the flipping magnetic pole cycle of the Sun of 11 years called the Schwabe cycle, the 1000 years Eddy Cycle, the 2300-2500 Bray-Halstatt cycles, the longer term three Milankovitch cycles, due to the earth's orbit, tilt and wobble, and more. Solar Inertial Motion is the one to do with the Sun's wobble. Man has no control over this, and CO2's effect on all of this is marginal, if not even negligible. This is the true science of global warming: when the Sun gets closer, the planet gets hotter. When the Sun's activity peaks, the Earth gets hotter. The next peak will be in 2024 when the Sun's magnetic poles will flip. This has nothing to do with human made CO2. CO2 follows this warming by 600-800 years. CO2 is increasing now because 600-800 years ago the temperature was increasing. The reservoir for CO2 are the oceans. As they warm, they release CO2, as they cool, they absorb it. More CO2 means more life, not less. The sun dictates the temperature, not man.

THE REAL REASON FOR CLIMATE CHANGE:

The activity of the Sun is cyclical, it's NOT constant. Look into the Schwabe Solar Cycle of 11 years. Same for cosmic rays. The distance of where you are from the Sun is constantly changing because the Earth's orbit around the Sun is VERY irregular. Look at the Eddy Solar Cycle of 1000 years, the Bray-Halstatt Cycles of 2300-2500 years, then look into the three Milankovitch Cycles & Solar Inertial Motion.

None of this has anything to do with humans. None of this has anything to do with CO2. The models of the Solar System you grew up believing as a child were gross over simplifications. They conditioned you to believe that the Solar system has a regular Sun activity with regular orbits, of which the Earth is one. Yet that is not the reality: not only the earth both tilts and wobbles as it orbits, but the orbit is a changing ellipse not a perfect circle, meaning the distance from the Sun is not constant. These are the three Milankovitch cycles.

Then the combined mass of the planets also changes the centre of the Orbit, meaning the Sun appears to move rather than being in the fixed centre of the Solar System. This is called Solar Inertial Motion.

And this is just the beginning of the story of irregularity in the Earth's orbit around the Sun, then there are cycles of Sun activity, making it stronger and weaker according to how close to the 11 year cycle of magnetic poles flip it is, next being in 2024, and how many Sun spots & Solar flares we are exposed to.

Then you need to factor volcanic activity, the Hunga-Tonga Hunga underwater volcanic eruption of January 2022 increased the water vapour in the stratosphere by 10%, this in itself will cause considerable warming of the planet in most regions.

It's definitely not a simplistic neat black and white story of CO2, and humans have no power to determine either the orbit of the Earth around the Sun or the Sun's internal & external activity!
