FALSE CLAIM 2:

The readings I gave the BBC are of the ONLY WMO approved stations in the proximity of Jerzu. The non WMO approved station named by the BBC as Jerzu is also NOT in Jerzu. It is an agricultural station used for agricultural monitoring. It is in fact "JERZU RU" (JERZU Rete Unica) which is ~10 Km from Jerzu town (JERZU RF).

I did not "allege": I stated as fact that the station used by the BBC is NOT approved by the WMO! Others are, and none of those reported 48.2°C.

FLASE CLAIM 5
"But Sardinia's Regional Agrometeorological Service makes clear on its website that its weather stations are operated according to WMO recommendations."

This does not mean they are approved by the WMO or indeed are regularly checked by WMO operatives. It is misleading wording. Claiming something does not make it so. Only the WMO can say whether the station is approved. It is not, these ones are.

FALSE CLAIM 6:
That my tweet is misleading. My tweet uses two sources both from the BBC indicating the forecast was not in line with current temperature in Sicily's biggest city. What was misleading was the BBC's claim of 46 & 47°C in Sardinia & Sicily. The BBC again uses a claim from an agricultural station network of not officially approved WMO stations and then says it reached 44.8°C, which is NOT 46 or 47°C. So what was really misleading, my tweet with two contradicting temperatures: forecast and actual, or the BBC's forecast which was 2-3°C off the highest temperature reported by an agricultural station?

WHAT THE BBC AND I AGREE ON: Valid temperatures need, as a minimum, to be first recognised by national authorities, which are the temperatures I provided the BBC with, and ultimately by the WMO. Unapproved WMO stations therefore need two levels of further validation that they do not have as soon as a figure is claimed by them. An agricultural network of stations is not subject to the level of monitoring of WMO approved stations, and therefore national authorities use WMO approved stations instead for their data.

Concordia, Antarctica hits -83.2C, world's provisional lowest temperature since 2017

"A weather station at Concordia Research Station in Antarctica may have just registered the world’s lowest temperature in six years.
According to real-time data published by Italy’s Antarctic Meteo-Climatological Observatory, the temperature at Concordia Research Station dropped to -83.2ºC on July 25.

Another nearby Automatic Weather Station, named Dome C II, also registered temperatures lower than -80ºC, reaching -81.4ºC at 18:47 UTC on July 24 and -81.6ºC shortly before 03:00 UTC on July 25.

These provisional values, which need to be officially validated, are the lowest temperatures observed anywhere in the world so far this year. Prior to July 24, the coldest global temperature in 2023 was 80.5ºC at the JASE2007 Automatic Weather Station.

If valid, Concordia’s -82.7ºC would rank as the lowest temperature anywhere in the world since 2019, according to weather historian Maximiliano Herrera. The more recent lower reading of -83.1C from July 25 would be the lowest temperature globally since 2017."

If you click under Oservazione, then Lunedi 24 Luglio, you can clearly see that the maximum temperature reported for Jerzu is 41 degrees centigrade, at the station Perdasdefogu.

This corresponds to the same temperature reported on my tweet, linked to meteonetwork.eu of 41.5 degrees.

How likely is it that in the same small locality of Sardinia there is a discrepancy of 7 degrees between different weather stations? Are there even different weather stations in that small locality?

I would say it is only possible with either a misreported reading somewehere, or a corrupted weather station.

These are the most likely possibilities, which apply clearly to over reporting of temperatures in Sicily too:
1 Confusing land surface temperatures with air temperatures, as a result of a misworded ESA communication which I also tweeted about here, which clearly was reported as weather forecasts by a number of news agencies, due to the confusing nature of the ESA communication, which they acknowledged and then corrected:

2. Corrupted climate stations positioned in urban heat islands, next to brick walls, asphalt pavements, airports.
3 Sensationalist reporting by news agencies confusing forecasts with actual recorded temperatures.

It is rather assuming to announce that you can “debunk” anything. This is not how balanced journalism works You should be impartial and report claims and what evidence backs them up, as I did in this email to you. This is what journalism should be about, not “debunking”, that is always up to the reader to decide who is really debunking who.

The real reason why most CO2 is emitted by the Oceans centuries AFTER atmospheric temperatures warm according to climate cycles: most atmospheric CO2 is NOT man made, it is OCEAN released.

The Ocean stores less CO2 as it warms, hence CO2 increases in the atmosphere. This process can have a time lag of 600-800 years.

THE REAL REASON FOR CLIMATE CHANGE:

The distance of where you are from the Sun is constantly changing because the Earth's orbit around the Sun is VERY irregular. Start by learning the Bray & Eddy Solar Cycles, then look into the Milankovitch Cycles & Solar Inertial Motion.

None of this has anything to do with humans. None of this has anything to do with CO2. The models of the Solar System you grew up believing as a child were gross over simplifications. They conditioned you to believe that the Solar system has regular orbits, of which the Earth is one. Yet that is not the reality: not only the earth both tilts and wobbles as it orbits, but the orbit is an ellipse not a perfect circle, meaning the distance from the Sun is not constant. These are the three Milankovitch cycles.

Then the combined mass of the planets also changes the centre of the Orbit, meaning the Sun appears to move rather than being in the fixed centre of the Solar System. This is called Solar Inertial Motion.

And this is just the beginning of the story of irregularity in the Earth's orbit around the Sun, then there are cycles of Sun activity, making it stronger and weaker according to how close to the 11 year cycle of magnetic poles flip it is, next being in 2024, and how many Sun spots & Solar flares we are exposed to.

It's definitely not a simplistic neat black and white story of CO2, and humans have no power to determine either the orbit of the Earth around the Sun or the Sun's internal & external activity!

The Magnetic North Pole Is Rapidly Moving Because of Some Blobs of Molten Iron:

'It started in Canada and now it’s inching closer to Siberia.'

"In 2020, researchers from the United Kingdom and Denmark uncovered the reason for this mysterious movement: two writhing lobes of magnetic force, duking it out near Earth’s core.

Earth’s magnetic field is generated by molten iron in its outer core. The flow of this liquid iron can influence the location of the planet’s magnetic poles.
