Microsoft founder Bill Gates and the Serum Institute of India were issued notices by the Bombay High Court on Friday after a petition in the court alleged that a woman died from the "side effects of Covishield vaccine".
"Serum Institute of India had entered into a partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to speed up the process of manufacture and delivery of Covishield vaccines."

🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦 Europe will train Ukrainian soldiers

French Defence Minister Sebastien Lecornu announced that Paris plans to train up to 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers.

“The president of the Republic Emmanuel Macron has approved a training plan that will allow up to 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers to be admitted to France,” he said.

The head of the French defense department added that the training will be held on three levels. “First the general training of the combatant. Then, on specific needs reported by the Ukrainians, such as logistics. And a third level of training on the provided equipment“ Minister explained. Arriving for the exercise will constantly rotate, Paris believes that the conflict in Ukraine will be protracted.

Recall that earlier the Welt am Sonntag reported that the European countries plan to train in the EU about 15 thousand soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of a training mission .

🇪🇺 In addition, the EU foreign ministers today approved the creation of a mission to train Ukrainian military in the EU, as well as a new tranche of military assistance to Kiev for €500 million.

I hope people realise that the gradual escalation will lead to European soldiers in Ukraine and then finally lead to the mobilization of European teenagers to go and fight a war that is not theirs unless either Russia wins first or we remove the politicians in Europe making these "decisions".

This is a striking piece of information that is new to me. I think it’s important. It is standard for regulatory agencies to dictate post-marketing commitments to the company whose product they approve.
That’s because it’s not possible to know everything even after a decade of R&D, mostly because very large numbers of patients aren’t on a new drugs for prolonged periods until it’s being marketed.
Here we see the regulators specifically demanding longitudinal follow up of subjects given either mRNA injection and to use tests which will show myocarditis if it’s occurring.
Why would they do that?
1. There’s a signal in the pivotal trials which isn’t strong enough to cause a rejection of the application but is enough to prompt the requirement.
2. There’s a theoretical concern that needs to be nailed down one way or the other.
3. Related products have sometimes had such a safety issue but it cannot be determined except by empirical study.
Either way, they knew it could happen & it does.
This kind of evidence is quite useful to share with those who simply won’t believe that the authorities would permit anything with potential safety concerns to go out. They do, routinely. Usually, it turns out to be acceptable because the incidence is low, it’s detectable, reversible & not life-threatening.
Occasionally it’s higher incidence, not diagnosed until too late to reverse & can be lethal. For a public health measure, this is totally unacceptable. But we knew that already.
A final comment: Dr McCullough was recognized prior to 2020 as a leading cardiologist. He’s still that. I think it shows in the way he writes & speaks in this domain.

In the biological licensing agreement letters to Pfizer and Moderna, the US FDA requested prospective cohort studies of myocarditis which call for measurement of blood tests, ECG, and cardiac imaging before injections and at timepoints afterwards to detect the real rate of heart damage and to ascertain how much of the problem could be asymptomatic and potentially present a future risk of sudden death in an unsuspecting patient.  Both companies were not forthcoming.

As a one time air traffic controller this is just an observation but the number of flights which squawk 7700 (general emergency) is currently on my FlightRadar24 app running at 3 or 4 per day. Not long ago (a year or so) it might be 3 or 4 such squawks in a week. Anyone care to guess what kind of general emergency might cause a plane to speedily divert to the nearest aerodrome given that technical problems are very rare?
