"In the previous sections of this series, I have sought to explain why doctors will often refuse to recognize adverse reactions to pharmaceutical medications and gaslight their patients. The one dimension of this problem I have so far excluded from focusing upon are the politics inherent to medicine.

Political dysfunction and competing egos have always been major problems for the medical field. "When they finally rendezvoused, Fuller noticed the swastika tattoo on the middle finger of Furholm’s left hand. It didn’t surprise him; the recruiter had made no secret of his neo-Nazi politics. Within the global network of far-right extremists, he served as a point of contact to the Azov movement, the Ukrainian militant group that has trained and inspired white supremacists from around the world, and which Fuller had come to join.

Azov is much more than a militia. It has its own political party; two publishing houses; summer camps for children; and a vigilante force known as the National Militia, which patrols the streets of Ukrainian cities alongside the police. Unlike its ideological peers in the U.S. and Europe, it also has a military wing with at least two training bases and a vast arsenal of weapons, from drones and armored vehicles to artillery pieces.

I really don't see how Russia who are setting their red lines as to no more NATO countries on their border can not intervene militarily in Finland too if and when they join NATO when the weapons start coming in and military bases start being upgraded to hold NATO missiles.

Russia may still lobby Turkey to oppose Finland's NATO membership perhaps. The membership may not happen overnight. But it seems another recipe for disaster.

If the Finns want to avoid war they should be opposing NATO membership and non neutrality, yet I suspect they believe NATO will "protect" them (just like NATO association "protected" Ukraine)..
