Whether the term “genocide” applies to the abuses suffered by the people of Donbass is an open question. The term is generally reserved for cases of greater magnitude (Holocaust, etc.). But the definition given by the Genocide Convention is probably broad enough to apply to this case.
Clearly, this conflict has led us into hysteria. Sanctions seem to have become the preferred tool of our foreign policies. If we had insisted that Ukraine abide by the Minsk Agreements, which we had negotiated and endorsed, none of this would have happened. Vladimir Putin’s condemnation is also ours. There is no point in whining afterwards—we should have acted earlier. However, neither Emmanuel Macron (as guarantor and member of the UN Security Council), nor Olaf Scholz, nor Volodymyr Zelensky have respected their commitments. In the end, the real defeat is that of those who have no voice.
The European Union was unable to promote the implementation of the Minsk agreements—on the contrary, it did not react when Ukraine was bombing its own population in the Donbass. Had it done so, Vladimir Putin would not have needed to react. Absent from the diplomatic phase, the EU distinguished itself by fueling the conflict."

"What I fail to understand is the enthusiasm for politicians of nearly all persuasions for helping Ukraine to defend itself in the full knowledge that this will only extend the war and lead to greater loss of life, more infrastructure destroyed and further atrocities by both sides.
Even less I understand the proliferation of Ukrainian flags on our streets. What interest or stake in the situation do these people have? I have never knowingly seen a Yemeni flag, a Tibetan flag or one of any number of African flags that people could fly in support of the never-ending series of incursions, invasions and slaughters that take place daily on that continent.
[In]..the west we are deluding ourselves by thinking that the world is against Vladimir Putin. It is essentially Orwell’s Oceania (the UK and the USA) that is opposed, supported by the usual puppets such as Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
The reason that the UN have not voted to censure him is not just the Russian veto but that the rest of the world, where they have been steadily achieving influence, supports them.
Where the west waged a war in Afghanistan to enable ‘women to wear mini-skirts’ (according to Starkey a declared aim of the war), Russia tends to respect local cultures of countries where it has influence.
It seems that Russia has learned at least some lessons from the folly of the USSR invasion of Afghanistan and that we may yet have to learn the same from ours. Naturally, any sane and humane person wants the war in Ukraine to end and for the atrocities being committed by both sides (NB: ‘both sides’ includes Ukraine) to stop.
I fail to see why we should take sides in this war and by doing so continue to pour petrol, instead of water, on a smouldering fire."

This is a strange article. It takes a conventional view of the relationship between infectiousness & lethality but then goes on to posit a possible influenza virus outbreak that killed almost everyone. There’s no precedent for anything like this.

Please read this short piece. Dr Tess Laurie & colleagues on the World Council for Health reached almost 5% of the population of the world in their campaign to oppose the inappropriate expansion of the relationship between sovereign countries & the old & corrupt WHO.
Scary that countries look to be willing to sign up to WHO’s new treaty, which grants WHO power to declare pandemics, and then to take over the medical & security policies of any or all countries.
This would make WHO into World Dictator.
With any novel pathogen, NOBODY would know what the best course of action is. Even as recently as two years ago, most countries locked down, certain Scandinavian & African countries did not.
Guess what the better choice was?
A number of entirely novel gene based “vaccines” were rushed through development & jammed into billions of arms, killing over a million people & protecting no one.
All encouraged by over testing by WHO.

"Vasily Prozorov, a former officer with the Security Services of Ukraine (SBU) stated soon after his defection to Russia in 2018 that the SBU had been advised by the CIA since 2014.
“CIA employees [who have been present in Kyiv since 2014] are residing in clandestine apartments and suburban houses,” he said. “However, they frequently come to the SBU’s central office for holding, for example, specific meetings or plotting secret operations.”
Prozorov’s revelations take on extremely ominous implications in light of a new report by The Grayzone Project detailing the SBU’s participation in a campaign of assassination, kidnapping and torture overseen by Ukrainian President and Western media darling Volodymyr Zelensky.
The campaign bears comparison with Operation Phoenix in South Vietnam, which resulted in the killing, imprisonment and torture of thousands of South Vietnamese, including civilian officials accused of being loyal to the left-wing, anti-imperialist National Liberation Front (NLF).
As of today, eleven mayors in Ukrainian towns are missing. On March 7, the mayor of Gostomel, Yuri Prylypko, was found murdered. Prylypko had reportedly entered into negotiations with the Russian military to organize a humanitarian corridor for the evacuation of his city’s residents—a red line for Ukrainian ultra-nationalists who had long been in conflict with the mayor’s office.

Currently, Zelensky is promoting a bill that would expand the SBU’s powers. The head of the SBU, Ivan Bakonov, is a close friend of his.
The director of SBU’s counterintelligence, Oleksandr Poklad, is nicknamed “The Strangler.” He has a reputation for using torture and assorted dirty tricks to set up his bosses’ political rivals on treason charges.
In a March 19 executive order, Zelensky invoked martial law to ban 11 opposition parties. The outlawed parties consisted of the entire left-wing, socialist or anti-NATO spectrum in Ukraine."
Fascist Lineage
According to the World Socialist website, the SBU—a successor of the Stalinist secret service KGB in Ukraine—has long-standing ties to the Ukrainian far right, including the neo-fascist Azov Battalion.
It has been heavily involved in efforts by the Ukrainian state to rehabilitate the Nazi collaborationist organizations, the Ukrainian Insurgency Army (UPA), and the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN), which was headed during World War II by fascist Stepan Bandera."
