I cannot comment on the accuracy of this, but several references in it look awfully official & correct. So perhaps the whole is true? food supply is definitely under strain, arguably deliberately.

"The Ontario government has invoked new emergency measures by declaring a state of emergency aimed at protesters and ending the blockade at a key border crossing in the province.

Ont. Premier Doug Ford announced the measures Friday, saying they will be used to levy stiffer fines and penalties on protesters, including a maximum penalty of $100,000 and up to a year imprisonment for non-compliance.

'Let me be clear, the government does not direct our police forces, but we do set the laws," Ford said during a press conference Friday morning. "Today, I am using my authority as Premier of Ontario to declare a state of emergency in our province.'"

Oh, those poor Africans don’t have their vaccines, this is terrible. ‘We must correct the greed of Big Pharma and Western governments’ — we must give them (what they don’t want). So crony capitalism (or the oligarchs or whatever label is au courant) become the new scapegoat in a ritual without purpose. For it all pantomime. For no global NGO or corporation will be sent into any wilderness. For beneath the paternalism is their sense of belonging. One can identify with the victim, and see oneself as a victim (trigger warnings, incorrect pronouns, etc) but its all just secondary revision. Its just the never ending dreamwork that must constantly refresh itself. Hit refresh. Start again.

They will side with the state against the Canadian truck drivers protest. Oh its all just an Alt-Right psy op. The real psy-ops of the ruling class are applauded. For it’s all about the image. Their unconscious is Capital. Their re-narration is only plagiarism. It is only a Xerox auto-narration. They will applaud a corporate creation like *Greta* but deride working class truckers. Greta travels on yachts, and has photo spreads in glossy magazines. The truck drivers do not.

Identification of fast-spreading HIV variant provides evidence of urgency to halt the pandemic and reach all with testing and treatment

Around 10 million people living with HIV are still not on antiretroviral therapy

GENEVA, 7 February 2022—Newly published research from the Netherlands has revealed the existence of a more transmissible and damaging variant of HIV. People living with the newly revealed HIV subtype experience double the rate of immune system decline (CD4 count), have higher HIV viral loads (amount of virus in the blood) and are vulnerable to developing AIDS two to three times faster after diagnosis than if they were living with other strains of the virus. The study, led by researchers from the University of Oxford’s Big Data Institute, was the first to discover this highly virulent variant of the subtype-B of HIV. The study also revealed that the variant has been circulating in the Netherlands for years and remains receptive to HIV treatment.

The HIV pandemic continues to take a life every minute and scientists have long worried about the evolution of new, more transmissible, variants of HIV. This newly identified variant does not represent a major public health threat but underscores the urgency of speeding up efforts to halt the HIV pandemic.

“Ten million people living with HIV worldwide are not yet on treatment, fuelling the continued spread of the virus and potential for further variants,” said Eamonn Murphy, UNAIDS Deputy Executive Director, Programme, a.i. “We urgently need to deploy cutting-edge medical innovations in ways that reach the communities most in need. Whether it’s HIV treatment or COVID-19 vaccines, inequalities in access are perpetuating pandemics in ways that harm us all.”

HIV remains the deadliest pandemic of our time—an estimated 79 million people have become infected with the virus, for which there is still no vaccine and no cure. Some 36 million people have died from AIDS-related illnesses since the start of the pandemic and 1.5 million people were newly infected with HIV in 2020. Of the 38 million people living with HIV today, 28 million are on life-saving antiretroviral therapy, keeping them alive and well and preventing transmission of the virus.

This April 16th, Dr. Luc Montagnier became a household name around the world. This occurred as the controversial virologist decided to publicly state his support for the theory that Covid-19 is indeed a laboratory-generated creation and not a naturally occurring effect of viral evolution.

Referring to a study published at the Kusama School of Biology in New Dehli on January 31st, Montagnier (the 2008 Nobel Prize winner for his 1983 discovery of the HIV virus) made the point that the specific occurrence of HIV RNA viral segments spliced surgically within the COVID-19 genome could not have originated naturally and he described it in the following words:

“We have carefully analyzed the description of the genome of this RNA virus. We weren’t the first, a group of Indian researchers tried to publish a study showing that the complete genome of this virus that has within the sequences of another virus: that of HIV.”

While the Indian team was induced to retract their publication under immense pressure from the mainstream medical establishment (which never bothered to seriously refute the content of the study’s research but rather used the “random-mutation-makes-anything-possible” argument), Montagnier stated “scientific truth always emerges”.

This is beautifully argued and I think correctly. Government does not have the right to “throw the switch”, to intervene ostensibly to save some lives at the cost of others.
Boris “Mengele” Johnson & his peers in the notionally democratic world have blood on their hands. He’s done things that the post-war consensus decided were illegal.

"In December of 1948, in the aftermath of the human rights violations committed during the Second World War, the member states of the United Nations formally adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It explicitly forbids government from treating some people as worth less than others. It forbids government from imposing a hierarchy of rights on their citizens. It forbids government from sacrificing some people for the benefit of others. It forbids government from knowingly imposing harm on some individuals in order to serve an alleged greater good.

Unconditional individual rights elevate the rights of individuals above government authority. They are the checks and balances that place hard limits on government power, which cannot be overstepped no matter what voting mobs or ideological leaders may believe would best serve “the greatest good for the greatest number of people”.
