Prior, fully informed consent - freely given - for ANY medical treatment/care is a legal REQUIREMENT, both under domestic and international civil and criminal law. 

The reason for this is that every individual is Sovereign over their own body and mind: "Voluntas Aegroti Suprema Lex" -

"Over his or her own mind or body the individual is Sovereign" John Stuart Mill, "On Liberty". 

The fact that every individual is Sovereign over their own body and mind, means that they have what's called in law "bodily integrity". 

The right to bodily integrity is enshrined in multiple laws and cannot be derogated from as it goes to the inalienable, fundamental Right to Life and the Right not to be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhumane or degrading treatment or punishment. 

Both of these Rights are non-derogable rights: ie. no-one, including the State, has the right to derogate from the fundamental, inalienable Right to Life and the Right not to be tortured etc.

Therefore, it is an essential legal DUTY of a medic to obtain prior, informed consent - freely given - from the patient BEFORE they subject the individual to any form of medical treatment - including for live saving treatment. 

The consent has to be fully informed ie the patient has to be told of ALL the material risks of the medical treatment - including the risk of death and disability. - see Montgomery v Lanarkshire Health Board [2015], Supreme Court Judgment, Lady Hale. 

Failure to obtain fully informed consent amounts to the tort of negligence, battery - see Lady Hale's Judgment in the Montgomery case. 

The informed consent has to be obtained PRIOR to the medical procedure - not during. 

The informed consent has to be FREELY GIVEN - not mandated or made part of a policy etc. 

Any mandate - or other coercive method used to obtain consent - vitiates consent, making the medical procedure unlawful = prima facie criminal assault/battery/grievous bodily harm/murder/crimes against humanity/genocide. 
(see Offences Against the Person Act 1861)

Coercion is a crime. 

Duress vitiates consent. 

Any form of threat is a threat of assault which is a prima facie criminal assault as it breaches an individual's psychiatric integrity. 

The legal framework governing informed consent for medical treatment is incredibly complex and involves both civil and criminal domestic and international laws. “

“Medical Cases” of the Nuremberg Trials, Germany following the horrors of human experimentation carried out on prisoners of war in the concentration camps by the doctors and nurses of the Third Reich - killing so many that no one knows the true number of innocent victims of the medics.
Many of the medics and others involved in these live human experiments were found guilty of committing murder, crimes against humanity and genocide.

Some were imprisoned and some were given the death penalty and hanged.

Answer: You are not at liberty to ask me for my personal health information. You are not at liberty to ask anyone for their personal medical/health information. This amounts to a breach of my right to privacy, which is a breach of my fundamental human rights under the Human Rights Act 1998, enshrining the European Convention on Human Rights. 

You asked: "Boris Johnson this week accused anti-vaccine campaigners of speaking ‘mumbo jumbo’ when it comes to coronavirus jabs. What is your reaction to this statement?"

Answer: Boris Johnson was served with a Notice of Liability and a Cease and Desist order back in June 2021, and subsequently with numerous notices of liability/cease and desist orders/petitions/evidence bundles/letters etc proving to him the harms of these experimental injections. He has chosen to simply ignore the entire body of evidence which clearly demonstrates that people have died/are dying/being disabled/injured following injection with these injections. On the contrary, he continues to deny there is a risk of death/disability, continues to maintain they are "safe" when clearly it's not safe for some/many, and continues to say that they are "effective" when the data very clearly does not support his statements. 

It is therefore Boris who is talking "mumbo jumbo". “

I may have mentioned that I’m trying to focus my energies on topics which have a chance to take down the entire narrative in truthful yet shocking & unexpected ways.
