The Coronavirus (Retention of Fingerprints and DNA Profiles in the Interests of National Security) (No. 2) Regulations 2020
"The Secretary of State, in accordance with section 24(3) of that Act, considers that coronavirus is having, or is likely to have, an adverse effect on the capacity of persons responsible for making national security determinations to consider whether to make, or renew, national security determinations and that it is in the interests of national security to retain the fingerprints or DNA profiles as provided for in these Regulations.
The Secretary of State has consulted the Commissioner for the Retention and Use of Biometric Material in accordance with section 24(6) of that Act."

Can an employer force you to have the Covid-19 vaccine or wear a mask at work?
Having the jab.
It has been widely reported in the media that Pimlico Plumbers said it plans to introduce a “no jab, no job” policy requiring all of its workers to have the Covid-19 vaccine. Charlie Mullins, founder and chief executive told business newspaper CITY A.M. that the company’s lawyers are working on a redraft of their contracts to include the vaccine requirement, however. A later blog by the company said that this would not apply to its existing workforce, but for new staff only.
This does beg the question of how legal it is for employers to insist their workers agree to having the vaccine, with the threat of dismissal if they refuse to do so.
This is a tricky situation for employers, whose instinct is to consider how best to keep all its employees and customers safe. Indeed, this is in line with their general duty of care to take reasonable steps to reduce any workplace risks.
Although there is nothing stopping employers encouraging their employees to be vaccinated, employers do not have the right to compel its existing employees or workers to have a coronavirus jab without their consent. Even the UK government doesn’t have this right, so it can’t be the case that employers could easily enforce or justify such a policy. If they tried to do so against the wishes of employees, which in turn, undermined their trust and confidence with that employer, then a claim can be made to the employment tribunal if an individual felt they had no option but to resign from their employment. This is known as constructive dismissal, and you would need 2 years minimum service to make such a claim.
If an employer simply went ahead and dismissed someone for refusing to take the vaccine, then a claim for unfair dismissal could be made, and again a minimum of 2 years’ service would be required.
There could also be a separate claim for discrimination if somebody was, for example, justified in refusing the vaccination on religious grounds (many vaccines have gelatine as part of their components, which is derived from pigs). Furthermore if someone refused the jab because they were pregnant or had health issues, this could also give rise to a discrimination claim, and there is no qualifying period of service necessary to bring such a claim.
Even if an employer does not compel employees to get the vaccine but states that employees cannot return to the office until they have had the jab, then employers will still face the same risks as set out above. It is much better for employees to consult with their workers about these issues, rather than seeking to enforce them against an individual’s will.

Excess Deaths – based on prior year and 5 year prior year average when looking at April 20, May 20, Nov 20, Dec 20, Jan 21 and Feb 21.
On average circa 10k deaths (2019 rates) were registered in England and Wales per week.
The analysis below is also supported by an excess of cremations in 2020. There was 65k extra cremations in 2020 vs. 2019 and 77k excess deaths in 2020. Deaths in Dec 20 and perhaps earlier would result in cremations/ burials in 2021. Higher cremation numbers in 2020 vs. 2019, also broadly tie to the geographical location of the excess deaths in 2020.
At a total level at the 42 weeks from January to mid October level registered deaths in England and Wales were as follows:
• 469k in 2021
• 484k in 2020 (FY 604k)
• 422k in 2019 (FY 527k)
The above numbers show that there were circa 60k extra deaths in 2020 vs. 2019 by mid Oct and that despite the significant numbers of excess deaths in 2020, 2021 is only 15k behind at the mid Oct point.
The analysis below shows 72k excess deaths in 4 specific months in 2020 vs. prior years
No allowance has been taken for population changes or age standardised, in the above summary numbers, as there no way of confirming formulas / inputs etc used by the govt / ONS. As such this information is a guide only. Other number rely on the prior year averages stated.
Excess Deaths – 2 months of April / May 2020:
• 56k excess deaths: 45k (April) and 11k (May)
• Govt states that 32k died with Covid-19 over these two months (22k in April and 10k in May)
• In addition excessive use of Midazolam , lack of health care, family oversight, psychological distress, elderly being removed from hospital into already overcrowded care homes etc
Age groups impacted:
• 26k excess deaths in 85+ (46%)
• 17k excess deaths in 75-84 years (31%)
• 7k in 65-74 yrs (13%)
• 5k in 45-64 yrs (9%)
• Circa 160 more people under age of 44yrs

• Covid-19 injections continue, flu injections started circa Sept 2021
• Psychological distress and measures against health continue although lock down lifted in early July 21
• Circa 14.7k excess deaths in this 15 week period compared with 2020 and 14k more compared with 2019.
Therefore on average an extra 1k people per week or circa 10% of additional deaths
• Overwhelmingly these extra deaths have been in hospital compared with 2020 (11.4k of the excess deaths in this 15 week period)
• Govt states 5.3k extra deaths with Covid in this period in 2021 vs. same period in 2020
Age groups impacted in this 15 week period in 2021 compared with 2020:
• 3k in 90+ yrs (21%)
• 4k in 80-89yrs (28%)
• 3.8k in 70-79yrs (26%)
• 2k in 60-69 yrs (14%)
• 1k in 50-59yrs (7%)

Overall Total 124,000 excess deaths in England and Wales since start of the “pandemic”
This 124k is approximately split by age group as follows (note this is using 2019 vs. 2021 for a comparison to the 15 weeks to Oct 2021 as official age groupings changed):
• 50k in 85+ age group (40%)
• 38k in 75-84 age group (31%)
• 18k in 65-74 age group (15%)
• 15k in 45-64 age group (12%)
• 1.5k in under 44 yrs (1%)

Excess Deaths July 2021 to October 2021 – 15 weeks
• Covid-19 injections continue, flu injections started circa Sept 2021
• Psychological distress and measures against health continue although lock down lifted in early July 21
• Circa 14.7k excess deaths in this 15 week period compared with 2020 and 14k more compared with 2019.
Therefore on average an extra 1k people per week or circa 10% of additional deaths
• Overwhelmingly these extra deaths have been in hospital compared with 2020 (11.4k of the excess deaths in this 15 week period)
• Govt states 5.3k extra deaths with Covid in this period in 2021 vs. same period in 2020
Age groups impacted in this 15 week period in 2021 compared with 2020:
• 3k in 90+ yrs (21%)
• 4k in 80-89yrs (28%)
• 3.8k in 70-79yrs (26%)
• 2k in 60-69 yrs (14%)
• 1k in 50-59yrs (7%)

Govt Policy to “protect the people” has already resulted in the early death of at least 124,000 in just England and Wales over a few short distinct months with many more suffering and likely to die a premature death because of a lack of early intervention or the necessary care or diagnostic testing.
Many of these deaths have been in the elderly the very people the govt told us they were trying to protect. They are telling us that again as they have now removed of thousands of care workers from a system already under huge pressure for many years.
We are supposed to believe that this is to protect the elderly.
How long before others wake up and see that it was never about saving granny?
It was of course never about a virus or protecting any of us.
