+ Add support for WLAN cables.

+ Fix playback failures in most streaming apps.
+ Fix system using software codecs instead of hardware ones for screen recording and other tasks, resolving lag and related issues.
+ Drop redbull phase offsets due to jitter regression.
+ Tune battery throttling curve.
+ Sync with antennae drivers, fixing usb-related issues (otg, charging, etc).
