Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As:
A man came to the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم and said: I came to you to take the oath of allegiance to you on emigration, and I left my parents weeping. He (the Prophet) said: Return to them and make them laugh as you made them weep.

سیدناابوہریرہ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وآلہ ‌وسلم نے فرمایا: مسکین وہ نہیں جو لوگوں سے مانگنے کے لیے چکر لگاتا رہتا ہے اور ایک دو دو لقمے یا ایک دو دو کھجوریں لے کر واپس آ جاتا ہے،بلکہ دراصل مسکین وہ ہوتا ہے جو اپنی جائز ضرورت کو پورا نہ کر سکتا ہو اور لوگوں سے مانگنے میں جھجک محسوس کرتا ہو اور اس کی (اس صفت کی وجہ سے اس کی مسکنت) کو سمجھا بھی نہیں جاتا کہ اس پر صدقہ کیا جائے۔

It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood up to deliver a sermon, and one of the things he said was:
“Indeed, fear of people should not prevent a man from speaking the truth, if he knows it.”
Then Abu Sa'eed wept and said: By Allah, we have seen things that made us scared (and we did not speak up).

Al-Bara' reported, and he was no liar:
When the Messenger of Allah (‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم) said: Allah listened to him who praised Him, none of us bent his back till he (the Holy Prophet) prostrated; we then, afterwards, went down in prostration.

سیدنا جبیر بن مطعم رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”یقیناً میرے کئی نام ہیں، میں محمد ہوں، احمد ہوں، ماحی (مٹانے والا) ہوں، اللہ تعالیٰ میرے ذریعے کفر مٹاتا ہے، میں حاشر (اکٹھا کرنے والا) ہوں لوگ میرے قدموں پر اکٹھے کیے جائیں گے اور میں عاقب ہوں اور عاقب وہ ہوتا ہے جس کے بعد کوئی نبی نہ ہو۔“

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم) as saying:
He who observes fast for a day in the way of Allah He would remove his face from the Hell to the extent of seventy years' distance.

عَنْ طَلْقِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْحَنَفِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم : لَا يَنْظُرُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى صَلَاةِ عَبْدٍ لَا يُقِيمُ فِيهَا صُلْبَهُ بَيْنَ رُكُوعِهَا وَسُجُودِهَا.

طلق بن علی حنفی سے مروی ہے كہ رسول اللہ ‌صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ‌نے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ اس بندے كی نماز كی طرف دیكھے گا بھی نہیں جوركوع وسجودمیں اپنی پشت كوسیدھا نہیں ركھتا

Abu Darda' heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say that:

Amr bin Malik Al-Janbi narrated that he heard Fadalah bin `Ubaid saying:
“The Prophet (ﷺ) heard a man supplicating in his Salat but he did not send Salat upon the Prophet (ﷺ), so the Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘This one has rushed.’ Then he called him and said to him, or to someone other than him: ‘When one of you performs Salat, then let him begin by expressing gratitude to Allah and praising Him. Then, let him send Salat upon the Prophet (ﷺ), then let him supplicate after that, whatever he wishes.

Anas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:When Allah wants good for his slave, He hastens his punishment in the world. And when He wants bad for His slave, He withholds his sins from him until he appears before Him on the Day of Judgement.
And with this (same) chain, (it was reported) from the Prophet (ﷺ) who said: Indeed greater reward comes with greater trial. And indeed, when Allah loves a people He subjects them to trials, so whoever is content, then for him is pleasure, and whoever is discontent, then for him is wrath.

Status: Hasan (صحیح)
