☠ Also company owners sometimes can't fire some people, that they became friends with over the years.
Such decisions require really hard manner to perform and people are just not ready to lose friends over the years.
They sometimes can't even beleive that their partner for years is just stealing from them right in front of their eyes.
Or they can be just afraid of that person's actions, because of their awareness of the inside process of the company.
☠ Baba Yaga is allowed to correct that distortion - fire relatives, that were hired, sue and fire those managers and directors, that make corruption schemes, stealing from the company.
And of course - hire new people, professionals, that are loyal to a company aim, not to some exact person.
☠ We live in the unperfect world. You almost always can't get 100% efficient company.
But there are very clear points, where you see the positive result of just eliminating (as an employee) one single key decision-making person
and company starts to grow its revenue and all great ideas start to move it up again.👑
Cleaning your company is the same necessity as periodical workspace cleaning or house/flat cleaning.

Deferred life syndrome (синдром отложенной жизни) refers to (относится, отсылает нас к) a mindset (установке) where individuals postpone (откладывают) their dreams, passions, and personal fulfillment (удовлетворение личных потребностей) in favor of (в пользу) a more conventional path (более общепринятого пути) , often prioritizing work, responsibilities, or societal expectations.
People experiencing this syndrome may believe they will pursue (нагонят) their true desires "later," typically after achieving certain milestones (определенные вехи) like career advancement, financial stability, or retirement.

НужОн или не нужОн?
На полном серьёзе встречала рассуждения даже среди преподавателей других дисциплин (школьных и вузовских преподавателей и репетиторов, среди тех кто обучает взрослых, к счастью такого не слышала) что языки могут быть не нужны.
Я понимаю, что сейчас есть большое количество хороших онлайн переводчиков ( дипл можно поставить и в почту, есть расширение) и они могут здорово помочь. Но всё же намеренно ограничивать свою жизнь кажется мне странным.
Вот буквально те вакансии, которые мне попадались на глаза за последние 2 недели:
- UX designer со знанием англ
- SMM специалист со знанием англ
- менеджер со знанием немецкого и французского (обоих причём)
- финансовый директор со знанием английского
- специалист по логистике со знанием английского
- менеджер по продажам со знанием английского
И т д.
Ок, возможно это избирательное внимание. Но помимо работы есть ещё жизнь.
Вот мой пример из неё. Меня недавно обидели, сказав ерунду, и не посчитали нужным извиниться и взять ответственность за свои слова.
Я пошла ко всем любимым нейронкам ( ну потому что люди не заслужили такой пытки😁) и рассказывала им в подробностях всю ситуацию, свои реакции и прочее. Некоторым задавала роль психотерапевта. И делала я это и текстом, и голосом, и на английском и на французском и на русском, в зависимости от нейронки. В итоге у меня было 5 ! бесплатных ! психотерапевтов, которые демонстрировали :
💜отличный иностранный язык носителя
💜 хорошие коммуникативные навыки
💜 знания психологии
Могла бы я это сделать без языков ? Только на русском могла бы. С одной ( или двумя нейронками). Но этого было бы недостаточно.
А если о приятном, то наконец добралась до уже не нового сериала Люцифер (такая смесь Касла со Сверхъестественным). Много юмора и отличные идиомы в речи.
Я бы не хотела смотреть англоязычный кинематограф на русском.
Поэтому для меня ответ - однозначно нужОн и энторнет этот ваш и английский. Всё, что даёт бОльшую свободу мысли, делает кругозор шире и даёт больше возможностей - для меня лично ценно.
А поэтому дальше будет немного бизнес английского. Посмотрим что нам надо для написания хорошего резюме - в следующем посте.
