👋 Hello, everyone!
We would like to inform you about some important changes on the RED Platform to enhance security and compliance in preparation for the 2024 MiCA regulation, as the users with trading accounts have already been notified.
To ensure the utmost security and compliance with the upcoming 2024 MiCA regulations, we need to temporarily discontinue some of the crypto-related features on the RED Platform. This means removing Bitcoin and Ethereum cryptocurrencies together with the associated wallets and the different types of transactions related to them while searching for third-party providers for this service.
🟢 Actions Required: If you hold Bitcoin or Ethereum on the RED Platform, kindly transfer them to your private wallet outside our platform within the next 30 days (by December 14th, 2023).
Important Information & Next Steps:
➡️ Deposits for ETH and BTC have been suspended starting today, November 14th, 2023.
➡️ All users are required to cancel active orders for ETH/MWAT and BTC/MWAT on the Advanced Exchange.
➡️ You can seamlessly move ETH/BTC using the withdraw feature.
➡️ After December 14th, only MWAT & GTK exchanges will be supported.
We will keep you updated on any developments and notify you promptly once these features are reintroduced.
