ثلاث ساعات يومياً في رمضان لا تفرط فيها مهما كان الثمن وهي:ٰ
١- ساعة عند الإفطار وتفرغ فيها للدعاء فإن للصائم عند فطره دعوة لا ترد.ٰ
٢- الساعة الثانيه فهي اخر الليل إجعلها خلوة مع الله سبحانه.ٰ
٣- الساعة الثالثة فهي جلوسك بعد صلاة الفجر في مصلاك حتى الإشراق.
