🚨 BREAKING: Amazon Relay Driver Assignment Issues 🚨

Many dispatchers are reporting a serious problem with driver assignment on Amazon Relay.
Prebooked loads cannot be assigned to drivers — the system is showing drivers as "Ineligible" even when they should be eligible.
As a result, some dispatchers were forced to reject loads they already booked.

⚠️ Be careful and plan ahead:
-Double-check driver eligibility before booking
-Avoid tight pickup times
-Have backup drivers ready if possible

This issue is already affecting multiple dispatchers.
