Introducing Amber Thermal, The Automatic Thermal Module Based on Encore Addon

For a long time, thermal modules generally disabled thermal continuously while the device was used, causing unwanted overheating on normal usage.

Amber Thermal offers an intelligent approach that modifies thermal management in accordance with the Encore Tweaks profile, activating adjustments solely during gaming sessions to maintain a cooler phone during normal use.

However, this addon will not be free—to support ongoing development, and cover domain and other costs, users are required to donate at least 38k IDR or $4 USD to access it. Your contribution helps maintain and expand this project, bringing new features to more devices while keeping the core features of Encore Tweaks free.

Technical Information About Amber Thermal

• Licensing: Installation and usage are restricted to licensed users only. A license grants you lifetime use for the module and one license only applies to one device at the time.

• License mutation: Before four months of use, one license may be transferred to other device up to a one-time maximum.

• No Refund: Any "donation" is treated as a donation, as it is without refund.

• Past Donation: Any donation before this addon was launched also counted unless it's been used for other products, if you've donated with the same amount or more than the pricing, you have the access for this addon.

After a long update pause, we were delighted to announce that the Encore Tweaks 5.0 update is coming soon in Q1 2026!

Why 5.0 and not 4.7 🤔

This update is unlike any other update before as it contains big updates to the daemon and WebUI, with lots of bug fixes and WebUI overhaul with VueJS SPA.

Why did it take so long?

In this update due feature requirements and issues in previous, we're forced to rewrite the entire daemon and WebUI parts using C++ and VueJS respectively, with testing to make sure everything was working as hoped ❤️

Important Changes Coming in Encore Tweaks 5.1

Hi everyone, just a quick heads-up regarding the next major update to Encore Tweaks. We are making some changes that will affect how the module runs on your device.

Performance tweaks adjustment

We've adjusted the performance tweaks to be significantly more efficient, lowering battery usage and heat. Most noticeably, the GPU frequency tweak will now act as a booster during normal performance and will be fully disabled when Lite Mode is activated.

Android Version Requirement

With version 5.1, we are introducing a Java daemon to fetch system information more faster and accurately. Because of this technical shift, Android 9 (Pie) is now the minimum requirement. Devices on older Android versions will no longer support Encore Tweaks.

We wanted to share this information to prevent confusion once the update goes live, please note that these changes are still planned and may change in the future.

Important Changes Upoming to Encore Tweaks Addons and Moving Forward

We're planning to update Encore Tweaks Addon modules such as Amber Thermal and Bypass Charging. however, due to the sheer complexity of current Encore Tweaks, we're forced to eliminate the internal monitor on these addon modules.

What This Means for You

With Encore Tweaks: If you use Encore Tweaks alongside these addons, everything will continue to function normally.

Without Encore Tweaks: Addon modules will no longer function independently. They will now require Encore Tweaks to be installed on your system to run.

What's the solution?

"I don't want Encore's Tweaks but I need Amber Thermal"

We understand that some users may want specific addons like Amber Thermal without applying the full Encore Tweaks suite. To accommodate this, we are introducing a "Disable Tweaks" feature. This allows you to turn off all core Encore optimizations while still providing the necessary framework for your preferred addons to operate.

Please note that these changes are currently in the planning stage. We value your input, so please leave your feedback in the comments as it may influence the final implementation.
