Court resumes at 12pm Magistrates Court Melbourne.
I could win both charges, one or neither.
I could be fined up to $70,000 or GO BACK TO JAIL for up to 12 months. Max penalties are not usually sentenced in these situations…but I learned a while ago that ‘the norm’ doesn’t seem apply to me :-(
My court case against the Victorian Government starts July 23rd…what if they want to get me out of the way before then? Maybe I’m paranoid, but would ya blame me after all I’ve been through?
I have run this case on no budget, truth and genuine intentions. I have nothing to hide, and was as transparent as I could have been.
It’s out of my hands now. No matter what happens, I’ll accept it as God’s Will and take it in my stride.

It went as well as it could have. Gareth Rogers from Reignite Legal did a great job.
I will say…the magistrate was intelligent, fair and firm. It seemed to me like he was doing a good job at upholding the law. I am confident he will make a decision that he can justify and stand by. If not, we will appeal it course.

What a joke. What an embarrasement! All of this for a what? A $1,500 fine!
Over $200,000 of YOUR tax money was spent for what??? To appease an old man with his $5 set-up donation???
I will continue my work with my head held high while they lurk in the shadows looking for the next victim to waste your money on!

RDA fundraiser
After being charged and fined for conducting a fundraiser...I thought what a great time to do A FUNDRAISER haha.
In memory and solidarity with the retired man who gave a whopping $5 to my legal fundraiser...let’s send $5 to RDA’s fundraiser to help pay the fine RDA got for fundraising...

Correction - I do have a conviction. I thought ‘convicted and discharged’ meant no conviction. I got convicted of not registering a fundraiser, that is all! No, it’s nothing to do with fraud…gees.
How shameful that I didn’t fill out an online fundraiser form. Oh and my other conviction last year was recording MY OWN COURT CASE and posting it on MY OWN CHANNELS.
Lock up your kids, bar your windows…there’s a woman taking videos and voluntary donations…run and hide.
The conviction is not serious in any way. It doesn’t stop me from travelling or ANYTHING.
Convictions from a tyrannical government don’t bother me at all, in fact, it means I must be doing a lot right haha 🙂 I wonder what the next one will be.

Aftermath of consumer affairs charges
I’m just a regular girl living in a van selling books out of the back of my car…and I get attacked by governments, agencies and whatever else they can throw at me.
To be honest, I’m not ashamed of any of my convictions.
1 - Going to a protest…YEP GUILTY AS CHARGED AND I’D DO IT AGAIN.
2 - Recording my own court case and publishing it on my own channels - YEP NOT ASHAMED OF THAT EITHER. WHAT A STUPID LAW.
3 - Not registering a fundraised - I WAS IN PRISON AND DIDN’T EVEN CREATE THE FUNDRAISER. NOT ASHAMED OF THAT EITHER.
4 - Not cooperating with a government agency - YEP DEFINITELY NOT ASHAMED OF THAT EITHER.
What an absolute clown show this all is. I was never in trouble with the law until I started standing up for freedom, and being loud about it.
If I wasn’t being targeted and convicted…I wouldn’t be doing my job properly I guess :-) I am here for the long-haul…what else do you wanna throw at me?
