The spookiest time of the year is creeping up on us, and so are the last chances to grab your tickets!
The dayticket sale will open on the 15th of Augustus 2024 at 19:00 CEST.
But beware! All rooms, sponsorpacks and daytickets will vanish into the night on the 13th of September 21:00 CEST.
80% of all rooms have been sold out, which means that 20% of the rooms are still open for brave souls to reside in.

Attention all!
We are beyond excited to announce that the one and only DJ Nexus will be haunting the decks at Reffurence! Hailing from the eerie lands of West Germany, this little blue jackal is ready to bring some spine-tingling beats to the dance floor.
When he's not out being fluffy or stealing other people's food (as jackals do), he is seen spinning the decks on the dancefloor. Starting his DJ journey 2 years ago, he has played at a number of venues so far, most prominently at NordicFuzzCon '24, and has played many different genres such as Bass House, Drum and Bass and Dubstep. His manic yip yaps tell us that he's likely going to play Bass House, but who knows what he's yapping about again.
Join us for a night of hauntingly good music and ghostly fun. Whether he's geeking over the DJ equipment or sneaking off with your unattended snacks, DJ Nexus is sure to make this an unforgettable night.

Now that the day ticket sales have begun, there may be more people interested in hosting a panel or event during the convention. If you would like to host a panel or event, You can now submit your proposal via the link or QR code.
In the form you can submit the details about the type of event, what the event is about, on what day you want the event to be at, etc.
We are looking forward to seeing your proposals, if you have hosted plenty of panels, or doing something for the first time, we welcome them all!

What is fun about an expedition through this haunted house without a good snack? We'd love to welcome you to our international snack exchange on Saturday! Bring some of your favourite snacks, dishes or drinks from your country for others to try!
It should not go unmentioned that we'd like to respect our attendees and the hotel, so there are a few things you should be careful with:
❌ Anything with alcohol is not allowed, since the hotel prohibits us from that.
❌ Extremely stinky food will make people uncomfortable, so no things like surströmming or cheese with a heavy smell.
➡️ If you bring very crumbly food, make sure to bring something like disposable plates for people to put it on, so it doesn't spill everywhere.
➡️ If it's something you can just buy in the supermarket across the street, there is no point in bringing it. You see, we don't want the international snack exchange to be 70% Dutch food.
