I am looking to increase my rarity and wanted to know if it's possible to Catalyze my Andvarius to increase the % rarity.
Aside from a Gold Flask and an Item Rarity Support gem, are there any other obvious and easy ways to raise Rarity (like an Andvarius for example?).
Anything I am missing?

Strugling most on beating full juiced delirious t17 for 40/40 challenge,
too much 1 shot by uber sirus, and kishara boss challenge
i have around 40d, planning on +4 focused amulet next, wich should be more than 300d i guess empower 4 does not seem to be upgrade based on pob

Dom blows guardian for a tanky minion build ?

So I have played basically all minions at this point. Other than I never really played dom blows there is also the new hallowed stuff and it got a buff recently.
Now im back to playing HC SSF im wondering if dom blows is a good pick. Your going into marauder anyway for resolute technique so can pickup endurance charges, block and some max res.
The combination of fortify with the sentinal from guardian seems a very strong tool as they are both a 20% DR thats a big chonk then endurance and block ontop.
But its not very popular so im wondering are option like srs and absolution technically better for HC as they let you stay at ranged. Or is it simply that the melee playstyle puts people off and they would instead play slams or bone shatter ?

Spitballing predictions about Orianna
PoE2 Theory
• Oriana is a precursor.
* How would she know about the Seed of Corruption and what it could be used for otherwise? It's pretty clear that most people on Wraeclast don't understand the story behind the beast and how it interacts with divinity and there's zero chance Sin would tell anyone he had the means to grow a second one.
* She has too much power and influence to be some random noblewoman. Sin says that he was intentionally shepherded towards Pharyll over the course of years and it would be incredibly difficult for someone with a normal lifespan to have the time and resources to do that and you'd have to know who Sin is and what he is hiding to even want to do it.
* It would explain why there's conveniently a Twilight Order base on the same island as a precursor forge. She knew of it beforehand and took over the island to exploit the technology and prevent the reforging of The Weapon.
• She's motivated by a personal grudge against divinity. The death of the first Beast unleashed the old gods and opened the door to new ones appearing and she couldn't stand that so she set out to make a new Beast.
* It's pretty obvious given that she at least dislikes the gods given that it's the entire point of the order she leads.
* At the end of Act 4 she says "Do you even know what [Sin] is?", which is obviously a spiteful reference to Sin being a god, so unless it's revealed in 1.0 that she was actually referring to him being secretly queer or something it's pretty open and shut how she feels about the gods.
• She hates divinity because the First Divine was a fuckup and she took it personally.
* The Arbiter of Divinity states during his fight that "The First Divine... must never return." which is pretty telling. The arbiter clearly considers himself a proud son of the Precursors and he doesn't share the Arbiter of Ash's enthusiasm for using his assigned edict so the First Divine was probably a huge failure in some way that completely soured the Precursors' opinion on the First Edict.
* If nothing else, the First Divine clearly failed to save the Precursors from the Abyssals given that they ended up having to make and use the Fourth Edict.
I'm guessing that the First Divine ended up being an asshole that tried to oppress his own people, probably because almost every god goes insane due to the social pressures that Sin describes in Act 2 but maybe the Precursors just chose someone unfit for the role in their desparation.
• This could mean that the First Divine will be a league antagonist at some point given that him returning is floated as a possibility. Tukohama still being around in some form is more proof.
• She was the one who tried to sabotage the Third Edict by throwing the pieces into the ocean.
* If she hates divinity and wants the Beast around to suppress it then it makes sense that she'd try to dispose of the weapon designed to kill it, assuming she was around back then.
* Mentioning that a mysterious woman tried to get rid of the Third Edict is pretty clearly foreshadowing for something.
• She might be Sin and Innocence's mother?
* I don't have any backing for this one, nor do I really want it to be true, but Sin mentioning his memories of his mom(?) caring for him feels like a pretty big loose end.
* It would make the conflict between them more dramatic, albeit in a trite way.
• Her grand plan is going to fail. I believe that right at the last second, just when she's about to cause another cataclysm,>!Tecrod is going to swoop in, knock her down with a wind blast from his bat, then grab the Beast and fly away with it.!<

Burning Arrow Deadeye - Looking for advice

Hey !
I've always loved the feeling of destroying Hillock with burning arrow at level 1, so I wanted to create a build that would be reasonably viable with it, with two constraints :
- a ranger ascendency (I know elementalist burning arrow is a thing, but don't wanna do that)
- ignite based damage
I've pretty much never made a build from scratch, so it was at the same time very fun, but also a bit disappointing when it comes to final product.

This is meant to be an SSF build, so the gear I put in POB are all items I know I can craft myself, which explains why they might seem unambitious.
Considering the position on the tree, I decided to go Perfect Agony and crit for ignite scaling. It's SSF so no Ungil's Harmony :(
I currently have :
- 3/5/6 charges
- 30k evasion
- 100% spell suppress
- 10% taken as
- some recovery (700 leech + 300 regen + 50% recoup).
- 3300 max life (might be a bit underestimated because I have several pieces of gear where I didn't put life at all, prioritizing more important things there)
- 100%/450% crit chance/multi (crit is overcapped because don't want to rely on conditionals to deal damage in a Perfect Agony context)
- 100% hit chance (accuracy was a pain to solve, so I crafted some everywhere)
- 3 projectiles / one pierce from helmet / ignite prolif from gloves / gale force
End result is not great if we consider how much effort would go into building this in SSF :
- 1.2 mil dps without snipe / 3.0 mil with snipe
- abysmal EHP (20k) and max hit (5k phys and 18k ele)
Would love to find other SSF-friendly ideas to improve the build, but I think I've reached my knowledge limit on this one.
I've leveled the character as burning arrow to the end of act 2 yesterday and it was an absolute pain LMAO. I'm however ready to suffer and farm all the pieces required, but only if the endgame POB looks a bit more rewarding.

Need Help with Recombinator
[Help Needed]
Hello everyone,
I recombing the first item to be the second picture, i play discharge which +1 elemental doesnt matter.
I have 1 modifiers thats is still wrong. My question ist, what is the best way to finish.
•
Do I start from 0.
•
Do i Recomb with a +1 all spells and +1 all cold spells and hope that it just doesnt pick the cold res. End up with +1/+1, than recomb spell damage after.
•
Do I recomb with a +1 spell/Spell damage and switch up the mods when cold stays and another gets removed.

I simply can not get my head around it. It should be easy but after multiple times of trying to find the solution though browsing, youtube and AI, I still havnt found a solution yet.
Please someone explain it to me.
EDIT: Offtopicing my question: Is there an app I can upload lets say my lvl 12 / lvl 28 skill setup and the app tells me which quest reward to take and what vendor to buy the gems from? I usually find out by doing a test run and writing it down, since the poewiki gem rewards were outdated last time <.<
