Hi everyone, I'm trying to find a story that I remember from a SCRET Malayalam textbook. The story is about a boy who climbs a hill to harvest a plant called "thaal." Does anyone know where I can find this or remember more details about it? Any help would be appreciated!

Which is most reliable malayalam media outlet.
There are lot of print and visual media based in Kerala which specifically reports things related to kerala people and culture. Be it news papers or channels. But most of these are heavily biased and can't figure out which is most reliable. As there is no other source of communication in society how can we measure the authenticity of these. Which is more reliable currently.

Secure Mother’s share of family property from alcoholic Father
I am the eldest son in a family of four, currently working in Kerala. My younger brother is studying in Canada. Our family lived in the Gulf for nearly 30 years, where my mother, a nurse, was the main breadwinner, while my father, a shopkeeper, struggled with alcoholism and poor financial management. The entire family finances including my mother’s salary was handled by him. As a result, despite our long stay abroad, we have no savings or property in Kerala, except for a 50-cent plot that was mortgaged by my father a decade ago to pay off his debts.My mother took out a loan to reclaim this land, but it remains solely in my father’s name. After completing my schooling, I made my mother to take control of her salary, which helped us start saving. My father, who lost his job long ago, has since become fully dependent on my mother and contributes nothing to the family. Recently, both my parents returned to Kerala, and together, my mother and I funded and built a house on the reclaimed land, where we all now live.I am now the sole earner, managing the family finances, including giving a weekly allowance to my father for his expenses. Unfortunately, his alcoholism has worsened, and he continues to borrow money from our relatives and our neighbours despite receiving regular support from me. Fearing that he might mortgage the property again, I requested that he transfer the entire land into both my parents’ names or at least half of it to my mother’s name. He agreed to transfer the property entirely to my mother but demanded 5 lakh rupees to pay off new debts, which I am unwilling to provide, as this cycle has been ongoing.I need advice on how to proceed legally, whether through the court or the police, to get my father to transfer half of the property into my mother’s name.TLDR: Despite my mother reclaiming our only ancestral property in Kerala, my father, an alcoholic, refuses to transfer half of it to my mother unless we pay off his debts, which is never ending. I seek legal advice on how to proceed.
