Happening right now, Day 1 of FSA Kuala Lumpur

- Admin
Hey tribe. What a phenomenal FSA season! We just wrapped up our annual Feng Shui & Astrology seminars in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, hosted on back-to-back weekends. The vibe was just amazing, and I'm grateful for the buzzing energy everyone brought into those rooms. Thank you ❤️

A massive shoutout to everyone who made the Kuala Lumpur event a full house, especially those of you flying in from abroad (over 32 countries this time). It was also thrilling to see one of our biggest cohorts of newcomers joining our next-level programs at FSA.

Big news on the partnership front, too—we completely sold out our sponsorship slots both in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. This year wee featured 2 very special collabs with Irvins and Glenfiddich (yes, the Whisky brand. and, yes I know).

BUT… throughout these exciting weeks, we’ve been flooded with emails, messages, and DMs from many of you. You couldn’t join us due to, many, many reasons. Not making any promises at this point. But if we did have a new show, a virtual FSA tailored for the global perspective, and accessible from anywhere in the world…

WOULD YOU SIGN UP?

Drop me a comment below 👇👇👇. I’ll probably post a poll later too.

🥢 Want to toss like a boss?

Lou Sang, one of the most beloved rituals during Chinese New Year, is pretty modern—it’s a young tradition with no real connection to Feng Shui or Chinese astrology. But that doesn’t make it any less meaningful.

The magic of this tradition lies in its ability to bring people together. It’s the perfect excuse to gather family, friends, and even those friends you only see once a year. And honestly, that’s reason enough to keep it alive.

Here’s the ultimate guide to help you toss with style and good vibes 🥢

=======================

一帆風順 (Yat Fan Fung Shun) – Smooth sailing ahead

二龍騰飛 (Yi Lung Tang Fei) – Rise like two soaring dragons

三陽開泰 (Sam Yong Koi Tai) – New beginnings with good fortune

四季平安 (Sei Guai Peng On) – Peace all year round

五福臨門 (Ng Fuk Lam Moon) – Five blessings at your doorstep

六六大順 (Luk Luk Dai Shun) – Double sixes, ultimate harmony

七星高照 (Cat Seng Gao Jiu) – Seven stars shining bright

八方來財 (Bat Fong Loi Choi) – Wealth from all directions

九九同心 (Gou Gou Tong Sam) – United hearts, lasting harmony

十全十美 (Sap Chuen Sap Mei) – Perfect in every way

百事可樂 (Bak Si Ho Lok) – Happiness in everything

千事吉祥 (Qin Si Gat Chiong) – A thousand lucky events

萬事如意 (Man Si Yu Yi) – May all your wishes come true

Hey Tribe!

A funny thing happened this week—suddenly, my inbox and phone lit up. Friends everywhere asking, “Where are your 12 Animals forecast videos? I can’t find them.” Strange, isn’t it? Maybe even YouTube’s feeling the pressure to grab attention these days and decided to throttle things.

Well, just so we’re clear, the forecasts are all there—fully released and waiting for you on my YouTube channel. But if they’ve somehow slipped through the cracks for you, here’s what you need to do:

First, subscribe to my channel here. It’s free, it helps the channel, and you’ll never miss another video. And don’t forget the bell icon—hit that, and YouTube will actually tell you when something new goes live.

Second, click here to access the full playlist for the 12 Animals forecasts. Easy as that.

Now, go watch before 2025 sneaks up on you.

P.S. In case you're the type that likes to skip to the end:

Chinese New Year has always been my favorite time of year, and nothing captures its spirit more than our Reunion Dinner. It’s the one night our whole family—twelve grandkids, Grandma, and everyone in between—gathers under one roof to celebrate love, unity, and fresh beginnings.

We fill our table with our favourite dishes, which incidentally also rich in traditional symbolism: abalone for abundance and sperity, prawns for laughter, fish for abundance, and tangyuan (sweet rice balls) for togetherness. My mom’s famous curry chicken and Char-Yoke (a beloved pork dish) always steal the spotlight, reminding us that tradition is best tasted when passed down from generation to generation.

But as we gather each year, we can’t help missing Dad—he left us two years ago, yet his presence still fills the room. He used to be our official “food taster,” sneaking bites of whatever Mom was cooking long before the feast began. He also adored roasted duck, forever insisting on saving the drumstick for us kids (and then his grandkids).

Though his absence is bittersweet, we find solace in knowing that love transcends any distance and space. In every clink of a chopstick, in each burst of laughter, and in every tender bite of a well-cooked meal, his spirit surrounds us—reminding us that true love never dies.

This Reunion Dinner is more than food and tradition—it’s a celebration of family bonds, the promise of the new year, and the love that connects us across time. To everyone celebrating, I wish you abundance, laughter, and the joy of coming home—wherever that may be. Happy Chinese New Year!
🏮Every Lunar New Year, we’re invited to open our hearts to fresh possibilities, and one beautiful custom that captures this spirit is Receiving the God of Wealth (接财神).

Traditionally, families light incense, set off firecrackers, and offer fruits or sweets to welcome abundance into their homes. It’s festive, it’s vibrant, and it’s a vivid reminder that life is continually renewing itself.

Yet, as with most ancient practices, there’s a deeper layer here. In the realm of metaphysics, the “God of Wealth” isn’t a mystical figure handing out gold coins—it’s the Star of Wealth, a celestial energy our ancestors revered to attract prosperity. Over time, people personified that star into a deity.

But if you’re feeling a conflict with the idea of worshiping a “god,” remember: you can receive this energy in a way that resonates with you. No altar? No problem. Simply step outside, face North (this year’s direction), and make a heartfelt wish under the night sky.

Take note, it's between 1am to 3am later tonight.

But here’s the key: don’t just ask—offer. True prosperity involves an exchange: you bring your dedication, your generosity, and your willingness to learn. This “offering” can be a promise to help a neighbor, to elevate your skills, or to honor your body and health. When you commit to giving, you align with the flow of abundance that this tradition celebrates.

Some folks will follow the old rituals—wine on the altar, new clothes at dawn, and a noisy round of firecrackers. Others might stand quietly on a balcony, whispering hopes into the stars. Whichever way you celebrate, the principle is the same: you’re reminding yourself that every year, every day, can be a new beginning.

So take a moment. Center your thoughts. Envision the good you seek, and vow to be an active participant in creating it. Receiving the God of Wealth is about igniting your potential, sharing kindness, and believing in the promise of a brighter tomorrow. May this tradition—whether elaborate or simple—fill your heart and home with genuine wealth: a wealth of love, purpose, and unshakable faith in all that’s possible.

Here’s wishing you, not just a year of fortune, but a year of meaningful wealth 💰. The kind that fills your heart, not just your wallet.

Gung Hey Fatt Choy! 🎆

The 2025 Outlook by Joey Yap.pdf

🍊Many friends have been asking me about my views and predictions for 2025, based on BaZi and Feng Shui insights. I’ll be honest—I’m not usually a big fan of making predictions. It’s a challenging task that requires more than just astrology or metaphysics; one needs a well-rounded understanding of world geopolitics, economics, and global trends to paint a more accurate picture.

That said, I thought I’d share my two cents worth. Right or wrong, please take it as an attempt to offer perspective rather than absolute certainty. I hope you’ll enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed putting it together. My wish is for all the positive outcomes suggested by the charts to come true, and for the challenging aspects to be averted.

Happy Chinese New Year! 🎆🏮
