Al-Jazeera Covers Up the Crimes of the New Syrian Regime

Yesterday, I reported here that despite the massacres carried out by members of the new Syrian regime, as seen in the numerous videos published over the past two days, the Qatari government publicly expressed its support for the Syrian regime.

I decided to search for the keyword "Syria" on Al-Jazeera, and look for reports on the events of the past 24 hours there. You won't find a single report documenting the massacres — it's as if they never happened.

Al-Jazeera, which is known for bringing the "hottest" footage from every corner of the globe, suddenly can't find even one video showing the brutal face of the jihadists — the men of the new regime.

They are actively protecting their image.

In fact, they are essentially acting as the regime’s spokesperson, quoting the Syrian Ministry of Defense:

"We have formulated a plan to prevent the expansion of (military - AA) activity into the cities in order to maintain the safety of the residents.
We will hand over those involved (pro-Assad regime loyalists - AA) to the judicial system for processing."

Al-Jazeera, which knows how to shake the world when a single Palestinian is scratched, is now failing in its "journalistic" role (if it ever existed) and completely whitewashing the crimes of the new Syrian regime.

It's not surprising, but it’s certainly solid evidence of Al-Jazeera's hypocrisy.
