Подкинули мне ссылочку на почитать перед сном, «Мнения о глубоком внедрении действия "Искусственный интеллект+"» (читается в Яндекс Браузере вполне сносно). Документ опубликован 26 августа 2025 года от имени Государственного совета КНР.
А вот тут — Разбор государственного плана госсовета Китая по развитию ИИ до 2035 года (план ИИ+) можно почитать выжимку и некоторое переосмысление. Самое ценное помимо структурирование мыслей оригинального документа в этом разборе — список источников!
