Если кто-то скучает по Bintray, я тут сделал тулзу, позволяющую не менять свой CI setup при миграции на релизы напрямую в Maven Central:

Позволяет сначала загрузить jar-ники в staging из CI, а потом подписать их “локально” (чтобы private ключ в CI не хранить)
Уже релизнул docker-java и Jabel с помощью этой штуки 🙂
