We invite everyone to join us on April 11 & 12 for a unique event showcasing Belarusian contemporary art and the resilience of artists at risk.
PerspAKTIV brings together art, music, performances, discussions, and workshops to highlight the realities of repression, forced migration, and the power of artistic expression as a tool for adaptation and international integration.
This Final Art + Alumni + Networking Event marks the culmination of the PerspAKTIV residency project, launched in 2022 by RAZAM, Ambasada Kultury, and Galeria Miejska Arsenał and funded by the German Federal Foreign Office. Over time, it has grown to a network of 33 cultural institutions in Germany and Poland supporting repressed Belarusian artists and cultural workers.
Come and engage in dialogue, profit from the network’s expertise, hear our alumni, and - most important - delve into the varied manifestations of Belarusian contemporary art presented during the event. 🎭🎶🖼

Relikt (stylized as Re1ikt before 2019) is a Belarusian band, which harmoniously combines hard-hitting energy with innovative sound.
The band is stylistically kindred to such genres as progressive rock, post metal, art rock and alternative rock. However Relikt combines modern musical trends with traditional Belarusian song folklore, making it relevant for the listeners, who are looking for something new in modern day music.
Relikt creatively uses unusual atmospheric guitar effects, as well as folk wind and percussive instruments.
The band plays loud live concerts as well as unplugged shows. And, depending on the concept of the event, the band's music can transform from energy-driven to airy and lyrical.
