Today I'm revisiting triste by Jobim, both with my father, singing a translated version, and with my new Yamaha Alto in F, which I am really loving thanks to its beautiful deep sound. Both are prototypes.

Since yesterday was the 100th birthday of Mort Garson, I decided to repost something which was not mine, but rather by the Placard Wind Quintet, which performed a live rendition of his famous "Mother Earth's Plantasia" at the Botanical Garden of Bergamo on July 2nd 2023.
In my humble opinion this was by far the best live concert I've seen last year (and I've seen many, including one by Aphex Twin in Villafranca di Verona).
