The tragicomic nature of this situation shines a sad light on not only Europe, but also the previous supremacy of the white race in the world, through England. And we, noting the enormous weakness of spirit that reigns in the "authoritative circles" of England (for only such weakness can explain such blindness in the face of such clear facts) do this, although we know many of the difficult and dark sides of the colonial system, because we know that behind such weakness of spirit must come the present privileged position of the white race and Christian civilization in the world. But about that another time.

So, that leads me to the perennial head-scratcher: What is the South?
Poet Allen Tate said that prior to the War Between the States, the South was America’s only European civilizational order, rooted in both the material of soil but the non-material of virtue, duty, and honor.

That is what we aim to do here in the Southland: serve the Church’s evangelistic mission among our neighbors by promoting the enculturation of the Orthodox faith into the South’s unique ethnos, no matter how faint or forgotten. To infuse and redeem the good, and then offer it all up to Christ; to point people back to Him; to bring those who are Christ-haunted through Orthodoxy back to God.

The soul of a race governs destiny. Generations are needed to create the soul of a race. The homeland is not only formed by the soil on which we live, but also by the shadows of our ancestors who continue to live within us and who contribute to shaping our destiny. For a people, defending the Fatherland means simultaneously defending its past, its present, and its future. The soul of a race has boundaries that cannot be crossed. The homeland is well defended only by the qualities of its ancestors. Regiments and cannons are created in a few months, but it takes centuries to forge the hearts of those who will command them. When a man listens to the soul of his race, the meaning and significance of death becomes new to him. He understands that beneath temporality lies eternity, and that eternity renounces the individual and approaches the race of which the individual is only a part.

Their too distant race has also increased their isolation, although our people are not inclined to racial hatred. Our citizens and peasants in Serbia and Bosnia suffer from their typical untidy and animal-like dirty settlements that have stuck to the edges of so many of our towns and villages - even in the capital itself. There is also an inappropriate sensitivity in our world towards those ugly appendages of our towns. These Gypsies are an unpleasant burden in every environment, not only from a hygienic point of view, but also because of their habit of begging, stealing, and even occasional cruel crimes.To a large extent, these are all remnants of earlier times. It has been proven that swarms of Gypsies followed the Turks. It seems that there was some kind of symbiosis, because the Turks have always been tolerant of Gypsies, many of whom converted to Islam. In Turkish times, "Gypsy" was synonymous with "prostitute", and traces of these relations can still be seen in our villages today.

The entire Serbian people are one organic community, and as such they should be organized. Not according to the will of the majority of votes, but according to the demands of life, the interests of the entire community - every job and every need should be organized and taken care of.

Spirituality is the source from which the entire social and economic order emanates. The people cannot conform to either a capitalist or a communist economy, but the economy must adapt to the needs of the people.

The spiritual foundation is Christianity and Christian thought, not godlessness and debauchery. The Christian spirit has fertilized the spirit of the Serbian people to heroism, the humanity of martyrdom, and this is how our life should be organized. Those who are given much in power and in influencing the fate of the people must be the greatest heroes and the most active martyrs, responsible both before God and before the people for their deeds.

And remember, my child, blood and blood makes a nation. Blood is eternal. The blood of a newborn child is thousands of years old. The child is young, and the blood in him is the old blood that flowed in the veins of his ancestors thousands of years ago.

People are born and disappear, but blood remains. It is passed from one person to another. And my blood, my dear child, flows in your veins. And if you had not decided to go through life and time not on bodily and blood currents, but on spiritual wings, your blood would also flow in your children. But you have your own greater spiritual children and they will carry you into deep centuries and distant times.

My dear child, just as a great river flows through ravines into fields, so blood flows through time and is passed down from generation to generation and from century to century. What then is man but a small vessel in which eternal and holy blood is passed down from generation to generation.

That is why blood does not belong to a man but to the nation. And it is never shed for one person but for the nation. And that is why the time comes when one does not ask who and what kind of person you are, but whose blood you are: either Serbian or Hungarian, or Greek or Avar. In that terrible time when all languages ​​fall silent, blood speaks in the language of all ancestors. And one does not ask who and what kind of person you are, but whose blood you have spilt with yourself.

...since Montenegro has existed as a Slavic country, it has always known only about the theory of opposing evil. This theory was preached in churches with the cross and the gospel, preached at councils with song and the harp, preached by old and young, saints and wise, women and men. And this sermon raised the spirit of the small Montenegrin tribe to such an extent that it was able to resist for centuries the greatest evil that has befallen the Aryan European race in history - the all-conquering Ottoman power. But, since Montenegro has existed, and since the Balkans and Slavism in it have existed, the theory of opposing evil has not had a more enthusiastic representative, prophet, and preacher than Bishop Njegoš.

A nation is a racial-historical reality. Every nation. And each one as such is a new developmental possibility for humanity, because it is a new possible influence of a new expression. And national history is nothing more than the search for that expression that corresponds to national development possibilities. It is therefore a sin against humanity to impoverish its history and its physiognomy - this is the attitude of our good youth towards their nation and their history.

The nation represents not only racial-historical individuality, but the nation, or rather its legal and political expression - the state - is the central interest of all classes and ranks of a nation. All classes are interested in its maintenance and development. And therefore, national solidarity represents the cornerstone of state policy with its correlates: national discipline and harmony of class interests.

доносе у некаквим одборима, у којима седе махом адвокати или предстаници само једног или два сталежа.“

From what has been said so far, it is clear that the object that racial hygiene seeks to protect is the race, not the individual, that is, the present collection of individuals. Racial hygiene is inexorable and unbreakable where the future and interests of the race are at stake. It does not hesitate to strike at an individual without restraint and without mercy, only if the interests of the race demand it. That is why many, who have not yet been imbued with a sense of racial responsibility, rebel against certain racial hygiene measures. This is especially true in that branch of racial hygiene that seeks to prevent the reproduction of individuals harmful to the race.
