It’s been a while since the last time, dear friends! And I have some news to share.
First of all, as we can see, the VR industry is not growing as fast as we expected—the gaming industry itself is going through a crisis. Nevertheless, VR Guru has always been something very important and special to me.
So I decided to revive it and transform it into a kind of VR encyclopedia. I’ve completely reworked the project, and the only missing piece now is finding a team that can maintain at least its core features (like the release calendar), since I’m still dealing with time constraints and personal challenges.
I’ve reimagined the entire project, and it’s already available at the same URL: https://vrguru.net
Shortly we’re going to fill in the game database and metadata, update the knowledge base, and I’ll try to bring this channel's feed back to life.
I know many VR newcomers are missing older VR games, so this could become a great place to discover hidden gems and keep track of the latest VR announcements.
I hope it all works out and that a team of enthusiastic contributors will form around the project. If anyone is interested in joining, feel free to reach out!
