According to medical sources cited by Al Jazeera, relentless Israeli attacks on Gaza killed more than 52 Palestinians, including 44 civilians from northern Gaza, since dawn today.

Israeli forces launched a new ground operation in northwest Gaza early Friday. Tanks pushed into Beit Lahia as heavy shelling continued.
