The U.S., Israel, and representatives of a new international foundation are close to reaching a deal on how to resume the delivery of humanitarian aid to Palestinians in Gaza, according to Axios, citing two Israeli officials and one U.S. source familiar with the plan.

The plan emerged after the Israeli occupation army took control of the Morag Corridor between Rafah and Khan Younis, establishing a tent camp to serve as an aid distribution center under full Israeli oversight.

Meanwhile, Israel has enabled looting gangs on the ground to ransack the warehouses of the UN and food charity organizations. Just last night, an Israeli airstrike targeted personnel securing aid at one of the charity warehouses near Al-Naser Main Street, west of Gaza City.

The personnel were killed after they detained a group of looters who had been supported and enabled by the Israeli occupation.
