The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has warned that the deepening cash liquidity crisis in the Gaza Strip is imposing coercive living conditions on the already exhausted population.

The Monitor mentioned that Israel's direct targeting of Gaza's financial sector, including a comprehensive financial blockade, the prevention of the entry of cash, and the destruction of banking infrastructure, is used as a tool in its broader policy of starvation and mass destruction.

The ongoing cash shortages have left Palestinians unable to bear the costs of displacement amid Israel's systematic evacuation orders across the enclave.
Yesterday, the FBI raided the homes of anti-Israel activists at the University of Michigan, briefly detained and questioned them, and reportedly seized their belongings and electronic devices.
The UAE installed an Israeli-made military radar at Bosaso airport in Somalia’s Puntland claiming to to counter potential Houthi attacks, while quietly using the site as a weapons pipeline to Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces.

“This is a secret deal, and even the highest levels of Puntland’s government, including the cabinet, are unaware of it,” a Somali source revealed.

The radar and arms flow expose a widening UAE footprint in aiding militias in Sudan and assisting Israel by providing early alerts of rockets from Yemen.
