A new invistigation say about 5-10 of bombs dropped by Israel on Gaza have not been exploded and continued to pose threat to civilians' lives.

Under the 1907 Hague Convention, Israel, as an occupying power, is obligated to assist in clearing war remnants that pose a threat to civilians.

While it acknowledges this responsibility, it continues to block the entry of over 20 types of heavy demining equipment, along with 2,000 items including scopes, armored vehicles, detonation cables, and bomb disposal suits.
