Al Shaykh Abdullah Al Najmi said: “our Shaykh Zayd Ibn Muhammed Al Madkhali said: “take care of the ilm until the leg is bound about the leg [i.e death] “ and he رحمه الله continued teaching till the last day he entered the hospital in.”

قال الشيخ / عبدالله النجمي - حفظه الله -:

قال شيخنا الشيخ زيد المدخلي - رحمه الله -: اعتنوا بالعلم إلى أن تلتف الساق بالساق ، وقد استمر رحمه الله في التعليم إلى آخر يوم دخل فيه المستشفى.

Major Sin Number 70:

Cursing one of the companions May Allah be pleased with them all.

It is authentically reported in the two Sahihs (al-Bukhari and Muslim) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah says: ‘Whoever shows hostility to a wali of Mine, I have declared war against him.’ And the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: ‘Do not revile my companions. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, if one of you were to spend gold equal to Mount Uhud, it would not equal a handful of what they spent, nor even half of it.’”

ثبت في الصحيحين ان رسول الله قال: يقول الله: من عادي لي وليا فقد اذنته بالحرب، وقال ﷺ: ولا تسبوا اصحابي فوالذي نفسي بيده لو انفق احدكم مثل احد ذهبا ما بلغ مد احدهم ولا نصيفه
