Engineering efficiency starts with better tools πŸ”¨

In our upcoming webinar on Wednesday, we’ll discuss our QForm Direct solution:
βœ”οΈ Core principles of efficient preforming die design
βœ”οΈ How to get the most out of QForm Direct while saving time and resources
βœ”οΈ Seamless CAD + simulation workflow

QForm Direct is a computer-aided system for automated design of bulk forging preforming dies.

The principle of QForm Direct is simple, but the calculation methods are based on thorough scientific research and analysis. You just need to use the finish forging dies as initial data and after the automatic generation to pick the best surface for preliminary dies.

Combination of QForm simulation software and QForm Direct CAD is the best solution for closed die forging processes design, research and optimization. πŸ’ͺ

πŸ’™ Discover how QForm Direct works by watching the tutorial, and sign up for the webinar to learn more:

Webinar with Nikolay Biba. ExtrusionLink: secure digital integration of Extruders and Die Makers within the QForm UK environment.

πŸ—“ April 14, 10 AM CET

ZOOM Registration

Introducing ExtrusionLink β€” our new conceptual solution for connecting die makers and extruders through smart data, based on QForm UK Extrusion simulation software.

☝️Intellectual property protection is no longer a problem!

With ExtrusionLink, the die maker can send the extruder a special version of the simulation in QForm UK Extrusion. The original solid CAD model of the extrusion die is not shared β€” only the simulation project and its results.

This ensures that the die maker’s know-how remains fully protected. At the same time, extruders gain complete transparency into die performance and can test the die virtually under various production conditions (extrusion speeds, billet temperatures, ingot surface quality, etc.) without modifying the die geometry.

βœ… Your process moves forward. Your data stays secure.

In the upcoming webinar, Nikolay Biba, Director of Micas Simulations Limited, will explain the key advantages of ExtrusionLink for both extruders and die makers, and show how you can optimize the entire extrusion workflow using a computer model.

Welcome!

Webinar: Automatic generation of accurate and expressive technical reports.

πŸ—“April 15 at 10:00 AM CET

Reports are the key to a clear understanding of the simulation results.

Welcome to our webinar, which focuses on transforming simulation results into clear, structured, and visually compelling technical documentation within the QForm UK environment.

ZOOM Registration

🀩 It is not enough to interpret simulation results correctly; they must also be presented in a convenient and visually attractive format - for team discussion, presentation to management, sharing with partners or customers. The clearer and more interesting the presentation of the data, the easier it is to make sense of the results and make the correct decision faster.

βœ… In this webinar, we’ll show you how to use the report auto-generation tools in QForm UK to create not just informative and visually appealing reports, but also save time and effort in the process.

Welcome!
