B. Job Description
Qelem Meda Technologies is hiring a Scrum Master to lead Agile software teams and drive the successful delivery of impactful projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a deep understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks, and a passion for team empowerment and continuous improvement.
C. Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide development teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Remove blockers to team progress and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and management to ensure alignment and project transparency.
• Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello to track team progress and project deliverables.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment.
D. Required Qualifications
• BSc or MSc degree in Project Management, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or any related Agile certification.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA,Confluence, or similar.
E. Preferred Qualifications
• Background in software development or technical project management.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile metrics.
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams or large-scale Agile transformations.
