Send us the numbers under the QR Code so we can add the user to your console via the website. Once you see the user on the screen, press Sign In.

If the option Change To This PS4 appears after signing in, select it. Make sure you don’t encounter an error saying Cannot Activate. If this error occurs, take a photo of the screen and inform us.
After logging in:
Add the games to your download list.
Restore the licenses.
Sign out of the account.
If you encounter any errors during the process, take a photo and send it to us.
