Since the final months of 2025, at least 30 U.S. cities have canceled their contracts with Flock, and many more have paused Flock services in response to public concern.
Activists around the country are pushing for full cancellation of the contracts and to prevent Flock’s replacement with a different brand of surveillance technology.

“The stakes are the highest they’ve ever been. If the people do not respond, they will continue to do what they’re doing and say that we enjoyed it.”
Claudia De la Cruz speaks on the need for a nationwide general strike on May 1 — a tactic we must learn how to do by doing it.

Getting to the root of health: Reflections from Cuba by a U.S...
The people of the U.S. deserve a system that actually works for us, and the Cuban people deserve to run theirs without a genocidal blockade. We can’t settle for this; we have to fight for... #cuba

On May 1st, millions of people across the country will make history in a day of no work, no school and no shopping to protest Trump’s war on our rights. Join the strike to take a stand against ICE terror and mass deportations!
The Trump administration is just as committed as ever to ripping families apart. The people’s struggle in Minnesota forced them to back off of some tactics, but they are coming up with new, cruel ways to make life unbearable for our immigrant neighbors and force them out of the country. Just like the people in the Twin Cities showed, there’s nothing that can force ICE and Border Patrol to retreat like a general strike!
Rather than hundreds of billions spent detaining and deporting people who work hard and contribute to our communities, these resources should be used to meet people’s needs in a society where everyone’s rights are respected.

“In order to shut this down, and shut this city down, we’re going to have to come together as one.”
On April 15, Illinois State Police executed Jalen Carpenter in cold blood. Jalen’s family and community are fighting for justice — and we join them in demanding the immediate release of the video footage of his murder and the jailing of the officer who killed him.
On May 1 we shut it down for Jalen and all victims of police terror. No work, no school, no shopping!

Roughly 2 years ago, 17-yo Emeshyon Wilkins was shot in the back of the head while running away by a still unnamed St. Louis cop.
Instead of investigating and prosecuting this clear criminal act, police spread a series of lies to villainize the victim.

May 1 – International Workers' Day – is our chance to take our strongest stand against Trump yet: a nationwide day of no work, no school, and no shopping.
Trump's administration is waging war on everyone – people in Iran, Cuba and around the world, and people here in the United States who are denied our most basic needs like housing, healthcare, and decent jobs. Only massive action by the people can turn this around.
May 1st is celebrated around the world as International Workers' Day, and it was started right here in the United States. Without the labor of working people, the wealth and power of the billionaire class disappears. Let's take part in this powerful global day of action and shut it down in defense of our rights!

In 2006, immigrant communities and allies shut down business as usual in a general strike to stop the Sensenbrenner bill — a racist assault on immigrants and all working people.
We must take these lessons as we build our movement today against the Trump administration’s wide scale assault on our communities.
