ឯកឧត្តម ថងលី ស៊ីសូលីត បានសម្ដែងនូវសេចក្ដីថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះការទទួលស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ និងការរៀបចំទទួលបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចយ៉ាងល្អប្រសើរពី អង្គភាពសេនាតេជោ។ ឯកឧត្តម បានលើកឡើងថា វិមានឈ្នះ ឈ្នះ មានសារៈសំខាន់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ក្នុងការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ និងជាមេរៀនដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់យុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយ អាចបន្តសិក្សារៀនសូត្រ យល់ដឹង និងយកបទពិសោធន៍ពីជំនាន់មុន ដើម្បីបន្តវេនក្នុងការកសាង និងអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តម បានសម្តែងការចាប់អារម្មណ៍ចំពោះរចនាបថ និងនិមិត្តសញ្ញារបស់វិមានឈ្នះ ឈ្នះ ជាពិសេសគោលគំនិត «៣-៥-៧» ដែលមានលក្ខណៈងាយស្រួលក្នុងការចងចាំ និងមានអត្ថន័យជ្រាលជ្រៅ។ ឯកឧត្តម ក៏បានលើកឡើងអំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបស់ប្រទេសឡាវ ដែលមានចំណុចប្រហាក់ប្រហែលគ្នាក្នុងការតស៊ូ និងការខិតខំស្វែងរកសន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពសម្រាប់ប្រទេសជាតិ។ ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្តម បានបង្ហាញបំណងចង់រៀបចំ និងជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនកិច្ចរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីបង្កើនការសិក្សារៀនសូត្រ និងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ពីគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

On October 6, 2026, Lieutenant General Nem Sowathey, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Policy and Foreign Affairs and Director of the Sena Techo Unit, welcomed a high-level delegation from the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union led by H.E. Thongly Sisoulith, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union, and comprising nine members in total during their visit to the Win Win Memorial. 🇱🇦 🇰🇭

H.E. Thongly Sisoulith expressed deep gratitude for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality provided by the Sena Techo Unit. His Excellency noted that the Win Win Memorial holds great significance in connecting history and serves as a valuable lesson for the younger generation, enabling them to learn, gain understanding, and draw upon the experiences of their predecessors as they take up the mantle of nation building and development. In this regard, His Excellency expressed his appreciation for the architectural style and symbolism of the Win Win Memorial, particularly the "3-5-7" concept, noting its memorability and profound significance. He also drew parallels with Laos's own history, highlighting shared experiences in the struggle for and pursuit of national peace and stability. Finally, His Excellency expressed a desire to organize and promote exchange visits between the two sides to foster mutual learning and the sharing of experiences.

The visit concluded successfully, reflecting the spirit of strong cooperation between Cambodia and Laos.

គណៈប្រតិភូបានស្វែងយល់អំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជាពិសេសដំណើរជាតិក្នុងការសង្រ្គោះជាតិចេញពីរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ដំណើរស្វែងរកសន្តិភាព និងការបញ្ចប់សង្រ្គាមស៊ីវិលនៅកម្ពុជាដោយនយោបាយឈ្នះ ឈ្នះរបស់សម្ដេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៨ នាំមកនូវសន្តិភាព និងការឯកភាពជាតិពេញលេញ។ នេះជាវីរៈភាពរបស់អតីតយុទ្ធជនកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំដ៏ជាញជ័យរបស់សម្ដេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ជាមរតកដ៏វិសេសវិសាលដែលបានចារឹកនៅវិមានឈ្នះ ឈ្នះ តាមរយៈសិលាចារឹក ចម្លាក់ សារមន្ទីរ និងសួនច្បារជុំវិញបរិវេណ។

សារដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ក្នុងឱកាសដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចគឺជាការបន្សល់ទុកនូវមរតកប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រផ្សារភ្ជាប់មកកាន់យុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយ ពិសេសបណ្ដុះស្មារតីកតញ្ញូ សាមគ្គីភាព និងរួបរួមគ្នាទាំងក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌជាតិ និងតំបន់ ដើម្បីកសាងអនាគតតំបន់មួយប្រកបដោយសន្តិភាព សន្តិសុខ កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិល្អ និងវិបុលភាពប្រកបដោយភាពធន់។

On October 6, 2026, General Nem Sowath, Director General of the General Department of Policy and Foreign Affairs and Head of the Working Group for the Research and Construction of the Win Win Memorial, welcomed and met with a delegation of 180 members from the Veterans Federations of ASEAN member countries during their visit to the Win Win Memorial.

The delegation learned about Cambodia's history specifically the national journey to rescue the country from the genocidal regime, the quest for peace, and the conclusion of the civil war through Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s "Win Win Policy" on December 29, 1998, which brought peace and national unity. This heroic legacy of Cambodian veterans, achieved under the successful leadership of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, is commemorated at the Win Win Memorial through inscriptions, reliefs, a museum, and the surrounding gardens.

A key message of the visit is the importance of leaving a historical legacy that connects with the younger generation specifically by fostering a spirit of gratitude, solidarity, and unity at both national and regional levels to build a future for the region characterized by peace, security, effective cooperation, and resilient prosperity.
