Мы — агентство, которое внедряет AI-автоматизации в B2B (в основном компании с 1С и сложными продажами). Сейчас ищем сильного технаря, который сможет взять на себя ключевую роль в разработке и архитектуре решений.

Что нужно делать:
— Разрабатывать сервисы на Python для автоматизации бизнес-процессов
— Делать интеграции с 1С (HTTP-сервисы, REST/JSON) и другими системами
— Встраивать AI/LLM (GigaChat, YandexGPT, self-hosted модели) в продукты
— Разрабатывать Telegram-ботов и простые веб-интерфейсы
— Проектировать БД, выстраивать логирование и мониторинг
— Участвовать в архитектуре и принимать технические решения

Что важно:
— Уверенный коммерческий опыт с Python и REST
— Практика интеграций с 1С / CRM / ERP
— Опыт работы с AI/LLM через API + понимание ограничений
— Готовность брать ответственность за техчасть (сроки, риски, архитектура)

— Участие в ключевых решениях (роль близка к CTO)

We're looking for a strong engineer who enjoys writing clean code and understanding how systems work under the hood. We have exciting work ahead designing and optimizing high‑load services.
What you'll do:
🛠 Participate in designing scalable systems from scratch and improving existing architecture.
📝 Write reliable, readable, and secure code that your teammates will appreciate.
🚀 Optimise current solutions to boost performance.
🤝 Collaborate with the team to discuss ideas and find the best technical approaches.
Must‑haves:
— Strong proficiency in Go and knowledge of the standard library.
— Solid understanding of concurrency and multithreading.
— Hands‑on experience with Linux and Git.
— Experience with relational databases (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL).
— Good understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, HTTP).
— Familiarity with Docker and docker‑compose.
— English at B1+ (reading docs and communicating with the team).
— Willingness to learn and ability to quickly pick up new skills.
— Strong team collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
🔥 Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
🔥 Building RESTful APIs.
🔥 Working with AWS.
🔥 Designing microservices architecture.
🔥 Kubernetes and Helm Charts.
🔥 Configuring CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines).
What we offer:
💰 Rate: $23/hour gross (negotiable based on experience).
🌍 Fully remote work.
