quick eng reminder: who functions as a subject, while whom functions as an object
use who when the word is performing the action. (pronouns to answer such qns: she, he, etc)
use whom when it is receiving the action. (pronouns to answer such qns: him, her, etc)
who (e.g.)
who is getting the cheese?
who are you?
whom (e.g.)
whom does this belong to?
whom are you talking to?

memo’s given me inspo!
so word bamboozler of the week:
everyday vs every day
- depends on how it's used.
- Everyday, one word, is an adjective meaning "used or seen daily," or "ordinary."
e.g: "The phone calls were an everyday occurrence."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Every day, two words, is an adverb phrase meaning "daily" or "every weekday."
e.g: "They go to the coffee shop every day."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One trick to remember which is which is to see if you can put another word between "every" and "day," as in "every single day." If you can, you want the two-word adverb.

whom can be used to refer to an object of a verb or preposition
who can be used to refer to the subject of a sentence
so like in sentences, if you can replace the word with “he”’ or “’she,” use who.
and if you can replace it with “him” or “her,” use whom.

math - is about practice. also understanding lah. if you don't understand, you can't do 💀💀
so. constant practice is impt
don't be like me
practice methods :
- tys : it helps you get a grasp of what they have been testing for the past few years, kinda allowing you to predict what qns might come out yk.
- past year papers : imo, past year papers tend to be harder than o level papers, so doing past year papers would allow you to get a wide exposure to different levels of difficulties for these qns.
- revision books ; they allow you to strengthen your foundation, so these are important if you want to do constant practice as they allow you to understand the concepts through the qns.
