hi everyone,

first of all, i just wanted to say that i’m proud of all of you all that applied for the Early-Admission Exercise; EAE in short.

you stepped out of your comfort zone, and applied for it because of your passion and interest. it’s really admirable of you. not many people actually have the guts to apply for it.

for those who got accepted,

congrats!! you have proved yourself, and that all your planning, putting your portfolio together, your interviews, etc have paid off. you’re 1 step closer to achieving your passion, your goals and aspirations;

your dreams.

continue working hard, because this is just the first step to achieving your dream occupation and goals.

for those who didn’t,

i just wanted to say, you did a good job. it’s normal to experience certain failures in life, and this is one of them.

you may have come to realise that maybe, just maybe, you don’t want to pursue the course you applied to, and this might be another chance for you to decide!!

this may be a sign, a sign for you to not give up on your hopes and dreams;

this may also be a sign that maybe you’re not suited or interested in the course (you never know)

let’s work hard together and get the points we want for JAE, because i believe you can :))

even if you don’t get into the course you want, university/ overseas studies is always a thing!! you just have to go through undergraduate courses and years, before you go to the main major.

there would always be a way to achieve your dreams, and EAE isn’t the only route.

EAE is just a process, and for those accepted, you still have to get 26< for olevels to secure a spot in the course. the rest, let’s work hard together and get into the course we desire to get into!!

for those that applied for DSA,

i just wanted to apologise for not paying attention to you all.

i was so caught up on EAE that i forgot about my dear DSA subbies.

im not entirely too sure about DSA, but i do know somethings quite vaguely because my friends often talk about it.

for those who got in,

congrats to you too!! your trials would have went really well together with the interview :))
use this chance to expand and build up on your skills and talents

for those who didn’t get in,

you have done your best, and that’s all it matters. the JCs are losing out, so prove them wrong by doing super well for your JAE, and get into their school and flex to them those lovely raw and net scores.

i’m sorry if this DSA message is super vague and short, i don’t know much about DSA

my experience:

i actually already knew i got rejected, and i have somewhat learnt to accept it. i will just have to work harder to improve my grades.

i know that i always talked about vet here last time, and i’m still aiming for vet in poly no matter what.

what the anon said was half true, that i don’t think i can get in with whatever jack shit results i get for olevels. “THANK GOD TP REJECTED YOU YOU SLAYYY :D”

i mean i’m glad they rejected me, because i can grow as a person and work on my grades.

i may have been all talk and not do, but i’m sorry that i’m ACTUALLY working towards my dreams and not being a keyboard warrior. at least i’m actually working on improving.

i show you all my grades because it has been an eye opener for me, and im willing to work towards it.

all the veterinary and animal books i’ve read isn’t just gg down the drain; sorry to disappoint.

that 25,000 word research paper i did for EAE isnt also just going down the drain, sorry to disappoint again.

from this EAE experience, it has been one roller coaster ride and i’m glad you act sent me those 2 tells, because you made me realise how people can be wasting their time and sending those.

it also definitely gave me a chance to realise that i don’t want to pursue anything related to humans, because you’re one person i don’t want to deal with.

EAE isn’t only a way i can pursue and go for vet. i can go overseas if i wanted to, and i can go university straight after Os; no problem.

At least i have passion and am interested in the course and pursuing that occupation.

i’m not gonna fight you again and waste my time on you, but thank you for sending that.

to everyone, i promise i will try to reduce the number of times i talk about vet and continue to work towards my goals :))

there’s no use in being jealous of other people who actually make their dreams their personality, because they know what they want to do and you don’t.

use this time to figure it out, because you’re wasting your life away.

it’s okay to cry, it’s okay to drown yourself in misery.

but just know that you would have to pick yourself back up again if you want to chase your goals and dreams.
