How have you been feeling the eclipse vibes?

I was nauseous the day before and very tired which is unusual for me. I'm usually hopping around like an Energizer bunny 🐇

I rested, as we really should do when our bodies require it, and I gave in to the need for lying down and cocooning.

Yesterday my body required grounding, so I spent a few hours in the morning at the beach with my feet in the sand and the sea.

I felt called to share a meditation for the eclipse, something soothing and en-lightening.

Eclipse time is a wonderful time to go in to oneself and be in the quiet of reflection and inner listening.
