Introducing brand new AI voices for your TTS! These AI voices include celebrity and fictional character voices to select from. Some of these voices are freely available and some of these voices are available only to subscribers to your stream. Were considering these AI voices a BETA release and we encourage you to provide us with feedback on any issues you are experiencing with this feature. These voices may take a few seconds to generate so please be aware!
We've also expanded our existing regular TTS voices along with some special variants including newscaster and whispering voices.
We've also added a new setting to the creator dashboard that allows streamers to set a maximum TTS length in seconds. This can prevent abuse of the TTS system or prevent any issues with AI voice generation. The default is 40 seconds but can be lowered down to a minimum of 10 seconds.
OPTIONAL PROFANITY FILTER ADDED
ATTENTION ! For people that are streaming on platforms where profanity is a concern we've introduced a profanity filter that will hopefully block all profanity (by starring it out) from being displayed or read aloud. Be aware that this feature is ON BY DEFAULT and if you do not wish to have the profanity filter apply, you must turn it off manually in your creator dashboard settings tab. If we're missing a word that you would like added to our list, please let us know! Your list of manual word filters also still applies and remains in place unchanged. This profanity filter has options to apply to the following: TTS, media, and live chat.

Powerchat has a new update!
As you may be aware, the Powerchat Team has been hard at work behind the scenes to add new features, platform integrations, and payment options to our service. We've had a lot of feedback from our streaming partners and we've tried to listen and implement as best as we can your requests. To that end we've rolled out two new features earlier this week that we think will go a long way towards meeting those demands.
First and foremost, we've added some new security features for your accounts with the addition of Two Factor Authentication (2FA) using any authenticator app of your choice such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or others as well as the ability to log out all sessions from your account. The 2FA security feature is optional and not required for most users. However, if you are a streamer who handles money of any kind on Powerchat you will now be required to enable 2FA on your account in order to change any of your payment integration settings. Furthermore, any accounts that wish to setup payment integrations in the future will require 2FA to be enabled as well.
Secondly, we are very excited to announce that we have added Stripe Express integration as a payment option for Powerchat. Therefore, we have implemented Stripe Express that will allow any Powerchat user to create a new Stripe account through Powerchat and begin accepting payments and subscriptions immediately! Twitch streamers can now link their Twitch account to their Powerchat account and immediately access chat overlays, event alerts such as follower alerts, bits donation alerts, and subscriber alerts. These features also fully integrate with our goal system as well, so you can keep everything all in one place. We're very proud of this important milestone, and we are working very hard to integrate at the moment with as many platforms as possible to give all of our streamers the ability to stream where they want, when they want and maintain quality across all their platforms.

We are currently aware of an issue affecting Kick chat integration due to an unannounced update by Kick to their backend services. We are working to adapt to their new system and will try to have a hotfix for the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for any interruption this may cause to your streams in the short term.
We believe Kick chat integration should be fixed now - if you have any problems going forward with the Kick chat please dont hesitate to reach out to us in the discord or via email.
We are experiencing an issue with the AI driven TTS voices that will cause Powerchats not to play at certain times. We are investigating and working on a fix at this time. We are so happy to announce that we have a lot of treats for all of you with our latest update which rolled out earlier this evening. This update adds many, many new features to the site including the much-requested Rumble integration. We believe we are the first platform of our kind to support Rumble, and we hope all of you out there that use Rumble will enjoy this enhancement to your Rumble streaming experience.
Additionally, in our last update we released a Followers feature. The feature at that time had no real function other than allowing you to build a following, however it will now be able to send all of your followers an email whenever you go live on any of your linked platforms with Powerchat.Live. This email is automated and does not require any additional interaction by you the streamer.
You will also notice a new tab on your Powerchat page called "About" as well as a section on your main payment page which we are calling your "Motto". With these new features, you can set up a custom list of all of your links, set a description for your page/streaming career, as well as set a motto that will appear on your payment page when people click on your link. In this way, users can easily interact with all of your content and engage in monetization all in one place. Convenient!
Finally, we've overhauled our crypto payment system entirely. We have moved away from our old system and migrated to a new one. The new system has allowed us to support many new coins including: BTC, DOGE, ETH, LTC, TFUEL, USDC, and XMR. While these are the only coins we have added at this time, the new system will enable us to slowly add on to this list with many additional crypto currencies so that users can send Crypto to you in the currency of their choosing. Best of all, it all gets automatically converted to litecoin for payouts using your existing linked litecoin wallet, so you only have to receive and manage on one wallet. For those of you that had a balance in our system previously, we will be paying out that balance to you over the next coming days from the old system.

As of November 2nd, 2023 Powerchat.Live began experiencing a complete and site-wide outage of all Stripe services, including OAuth account linking, Stripe Express account creation, and all payment related services that rely on Stripe.
The cause of this outage is because the Powerchat.Live account was closed by Stripe unexpectedly and without reason. For the last week we have done our very best to communicate with Stripe and give them a chance to rectify the situation behind closed doors, and while we are still hopeful that the situation can be resolved, we feel it is important to update the community and our loyal userbase about the situation.
Our business has had a long-standing relationship for years with Stripe and we believe that our service, our account, and our interactions with Stripe are in total compliance with Stripe's Terms of Service and Policies. We have not yet been notified of the reason for the closure of the account.
For those of you that rely on Stripe and Powerchat for the operation of your streaming business, we sincerely apologize for the interruption. Please rest assured that we have and are doing everything in our power to restore operation to Stripe services, as well as exploring alternative payment solutions that may fit ours and your needs.
